Random but this song reminds me of "Living in Tragedy" from Currents new album. Both albums slap, but these two songs separate themselves. Insanely catchy chorus, and the heaviness that's brought is just... It just hits so hard lol

@@trolltothebank I disagree, this may have cleans and a nice chorus but those riffs are heavy as hell and inhumane is l/sounds like a pop song when compared to this. That’s just my opinion anyway.

This is one of the best polaris songs of all time, the intensity is such a game changer and really balances the album overall, this has to be in the top 5 metalcore AOTY contender for sure

I saw them in Denver a couple of weeks ago and they played it!
The pause before the breakdown at 3:48 then Jamie comes in with his screams with tons of reverb gave me insane goosebumps then that breakdown hits like a train MY GOD! Lol
Not to discredit the rest of the album, it’s all so damn good… … but this is their best track. Huge W 🔥

This track speaks of being stricken with a heavy load to bear in one's life that they could never prepare for. Furthermore, they can't discard this so they are forced to take it with them everywhere as it is there sentence.

I absolutely love scrolling through the comment section and seeing all the awesome feedback they've been getting for this particular song. It genuinely brings tears to my eyes. This has to be their greatest and will remain a personal #1 for a very, very long time. The instruments and lyrics speak so many volumes to and for me. Literally found Polaris a couple days ago along with this song. Holy crap, this definitely takes the cake for the heaviest song I listen to, and I just love the crushing guitars and chugging. The lyrics are also very relatable to me, touching on all my issues in the most epic way possible, a lot like how Architects did it with Gone With The Wind. I honestly prefer this song though, as it's more aggressive and doesn't sound as hopeless. Man though, been listening to this song on repeat because it's just such an absolute banger.
