Polara EZ Navigator Buttons at Noyes St and Green Bay Rd

Polara EZ Communicator Navigator installed around 2016-2017 When they added new traffic lights. These make a different ticking noise and most of the buttons have lost there sound. They have to say "Noyes or Green Bay walk sign is on to cross." But they just have a buzzing noise. And all the buttons skip a number not sure why.

Yes most of the buttons lost there sound not sure why Only one crossing Noyes St says "Walk sign is on to cross".
