NICE, I've been waiting for one of these, ever since i converted my second k'tinga into Kronos One.

It's a beautiful set, and the kidney I sold to pay for it was well worth it! Besides, I'm older now and wasn't using it anyway.

Looks nice. I'd say extra thin CA and a precision applicator will probably be a must for this set.

Just got my Kronos One and the Lighting Kit. Think I will have to order this PE set as well.

Just picked up my Kronos 1 and lighting kit from CultTVMan on Monday, I think I need this photo etch set if even just for the warp nacelles.

Looks really nice, photo etch is not for the faint hearted.

RE-EDITED............the PE looks good but so do the decals, the decals are miles stronger than normal decals and much thicker too, it looks like thick gold leaf and boy does it show, mine looks totally blinged out................. i might actually buy another kit and have two of them, it just looks so awesome................. you wait till you put gold on top of black, man it looks awesome

I hear ya...photoetch scares me to death! Applying it atop a painted model with even the finest bit of cyanoacrylate imaginable seems like a recipe for gunked-up disaster. I've thought about alternatives, like Future or watered down white glue, but I am a Dullcote guy for my finishes...the lacquer would crystallize the Future and do God knows what to Elmer's 😢

Worst case there is still some very convincing-looking gold decals provided with the kit. Probably looks better having well-applied decals than butchered photoetch parts.

A lot of the photo etch on the filming model was left over from the Tyrell building in Blade Runner

Where did you get this set from. Every site that lists it says its up for pre-order. Be nice for those of us currently building the kit to be able to get it. Theres some internal parts that need to be added on the engines.
