@@ThePiotrekpecet Both names are correct. Commonwealth is the direct translation of the word "Rzeczpospolita" (rzecz - Item/object; pospolita - common) , that can also be translated as "Republic". However, the term "Rzeczpospolita" strictly refers to the polish lands. Both countries (the second and the third, current, republic) in polish are usually called "Rzeczpospolita Polska", with the "Republika Polska" (polish republic) being used so rarely that you can never see it. Overall, the term "Polish Commonwealth" in polish is a lot more common then the "Republic of Poland", while the latter is used in every other language.

When you're just waiting for time to pass you can console command debug_smooth which makes the game faster. The downside is it'll have a lot less frames and freeze for you but the time will go by a lot faster.
