And that part of Czechoslovakia was Polish but Czechs took it in under threat of war declaration by them while Poland defended Europe from communism. And now, Putin is claiming that POLAND has "expansionist ambitions" in western Ukraine out of a desire for "historical reclamation". His government even showed a map with the land split into separate Russian and Polish zones. Probably just absurd propaganda, but quite humorous that the nation he's trying to fear-monger the Ukrainians with is the one that understands oppression more than nearly anyone else and might be the least likely to turn bully.
