My big sis always made fun of me because I watch cartoons and anime. I was so sad and I pleaded with her to watch this movie with me. First she wasn't even taking the movie seriously and was making fun of first few scenes. But when the movie was ending, she was literally in tears. She realized, anime and cartoons isn't just a joke. Since then, she never made fun of it.

Dude dude so I got a flashback of Darkrai saying that and for some reason it gave me chills

Rewatching this movie as an adult hits different. "This is everyone's garden" is a powerful message. Darkrai was treated like shit his whole life but still fought for everyone indiscriminately. No match for Dialga and Palkia but fought till his last breath. This is the best Pokémon movie imo.

My favorite thing about this scene in the movie is that, as soon as the music begins, everything just... stops. Not just the people, who look on in awe, or Dialga and Palkia, who cease their fighting, but the growing distortion as well. That's right. In an instant, the literal disintegration of existence _halts in its tracks_ at this song. Oracion is so powerful it not only can calm gods, but has the power to do that. It's beautiful.

Job c: #se pokemon 3 and 4. Now I know a lot of people hate the fourth one, but if u can look pass the mistakes its a lovely heart warming film. I also recommend lucario and the mystery of mew. Another beautiful movie with great action and story. Hmmm maybe I should do a top 10 xD

Job c: #se I know those feels man. Believe it or not I'm nearly over the phase too. Keen to pick up Pokemon again since season 13. I have been watching all the latest movies, so in a way I'm kind of up to date xD If I were you I would go through all the movies. Just don't expect greatness like its previous movies had. Don't get me wrong though, I do get excited and really enjoy the new colors along with how the battle scenes are improved. Not to mention how the animation brings more life to the creatures. But to me they have slowly....hmmm....lack that certain quality. Is it the voice actors? For some maybe. The pacing? Could be. Childish moments? ...nah, its Pokemon :) Or maybe its just me in age, idk. But Pokemon is Pokemon and I love it all the way through. Cheesy or not xD

That key change from C major to D minor at 2:20 was so unexpected and yet so perfect it smashed open a new level of emotion.

This video has been on youtube for eleven and a half years, and the guy who posted it is still responding. That's dedication on par with Darkrai.

Anyone who has ever used one knows otherwise, of course. That hasn't stopped Game Freak from playing with that, though. Absol's highest base stat, for instance, is 130, it is found on route 213 in Pokémon D/P, and it is found on route 13 in B/W. It is also found in locations where disaster is going to happen or has already happened, such as the road through Mt. I listen to this song every year on the 27th August, the day I lost my sister. I always cry my eyes out but smile at the same time. This song holds more emotions than any other piece of music I have ever listened to. Don't underestimate Pokémon OST

I choked on my tears when the Space-Time Towers shifted and changed due to the song, then those wings sprouted and the tempo changed. This was so powerful. Then I choked up even more when Dialga and Palkia looked at each other peacefully with respect and gratitude that their fighting had been quelled. Then the last straw was when Palkia stared at Ash and Dawn, reverting Alamos Town back into the original dimension. This movie was great.

I‘m normally not the person who cries a lot but this honestly brings tears to my eyes. It’s everything coming together, the emotions of childhood, nostalgia and this beautiful movie in combination with this wonderfully melancholic but also hopefully melody.

Explorers of Sky, In þe Hands of Fate and I Don't Want to Say Goodbye until þe credits. Also þe end of Special Episode 5 þat totally doesn't nullify a major point for Dusknoir's character arc during þe Special Episode. Not in þe slightest.

A little context to the song: Oracion: "It means prayer," as it is said in the movie. "A song to soothe the fiercest wrath." Oracion is a musical piece that has a background in bringing together fierce enemies and rivals. It is hope, for a better future and for the end of conflict. Oracion is both the act and desire for things to be restored to good cheer and wholesome companionship - one prays for peace, and that prayer goes out to touch the hearts of those listening. It is earnest and honest; it is the expression of the deepest parts of one's heart that even the worst of crimes, worst of hatreds and sorrows can be forgiven for the sake of a brighter future. Oracion, "It means prayer." Pray on, for a brighter future. This is my personal favorite piece of music - there are many I love, but Oracion touches my heart in ways that no other piece has. I hope this enriches someone else's understanding of the piece :)

I don’t know why, but: Whenever I listen to this song, I automatically think of my childhood. How untroubled it was, how my friends and I would play in the woods, in the fields. How some specific scents would remind me of my childhood like the scent of a light summer rain, mowed lawn etc. And how I happy I was back then. To me, this song feels like happiness and sadness at the same time.

There is not one song that comes close that hits me to my core than Oracion. Every time I listen, waves of tears come of pain, sorrow, joy, serenity, and... a feeling of coming 'home'.

This is hands down one of the best pokemon movie soundtracks.....So soothing and relaxing. Whoever created it... my gratitude to you , you created a masterpiece. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SOUNDTRACK....So rare to see a soundtrack without vocals in Pokemon that are so good like this one. Oracion is absolutely amazing

Nobody really understands the power that music like this has. It's such a beautiful song, and a beautiful scene. The stakes were much higher in this one than they were in 2000, which is my personal favorite.

Yes you're so right , most people don't know how music can be so powerfull , I'm really sorry for them to not feel anything from music that has so much nostalgia , beside this , they listen to some bad rap and they feel nothing, just for dancing in nightclub x)

This next to Lugia's Theme are the greatest songs to come out of the Pokemon franchise. Yes there are other great songs from other Pokemon movies but these two will be my all time favorites. There was so much emotion put into these scores it's insane, I listen to them occasionally.

Yeah. PMD Darkrai is like one of my most hated videogames characters ever. The reason i love Darkrai as Pokemon, is because despite his look and power that make him looking like a first class villain, he's actually a well hearted Pokemon that helps others (or in case of Pokepark 2, he was a misunderstood antagonist). I hate his incarnation in PMD because they made him a fucking Bond Villain: not only they stripped him of what actually makes him Darkrai, but they also gave him a CRAPPY villain portrayal. WHAT THE HELL.

Well, we won friends, we finally got our remake ❤️ What a generation, what a childhood, what a movie, and what a bloody song Nothing can make me feel as whole as what gen 4 does, thank you for sharing this song, even if it was all those years ago

I used this song as the main theme of my longest run dnd character, a cleric who worships a goddess of love and someone who radiates that warmth with everyone around her. Who wants to help everyone. This girl has been through hell and back with her party, defeated the greatest of enemies and celebrated with the greatest of friends. Today was the last session of our 3 year campaign, and we won. We all got our happily ever after. Thank you for posting this. Its been a inspiration for me for a long, long time.

It's so sad, It's like it says that Their dead Family will always be with them in any kind of situation.

This piece of music has always brought a tear to my eyes. It just evokes emotions that I've never felt before.

I watched the Darkrai Movie around 2008 and recorded it with an oldfashioned video recorder! I am still living in the same house, the nostalgia hits me hard!

I found this song after years again and since then I hear it everytime I'm sad or when I don't know what I should do in a situation, idk if someone can relate but this song means so much to me not only because of the film... It's a masterpiece.

First pokemon movie I've watched. Recently rewatched it and thr nostalgia is killing me. It's not just this movie. All the pokemon movies, games, mystery dungeons, I miss the times where I could just chill and play pokemon or watch pokemon

Just rewatched this movie yesterday, and my little brother and sister got to watch it for the first time. When this part of the movie came on, I shed a few tears. A wave of nostalgia hit me, and by god, this theme is so fucking gorgeous. This was my favorite pokemon movie when I was little, and I'm so glad I got to watch it with my little siblings, they absolutely loved it. This movie is by far my favorite of all the pokemon movies.

Masterpiece, no matter the times that I listen... the memories of me being a 6 year old kid listening for the first time this... that melody grow up with me till this day. I'm 21 now... time flies and Ash leave's the anime now so... thanks again to this franchise cause this is not a game or anime... this is part of my life❤

I’ll never forget this movie. Watched it so much as a kid because I got very sick in Kindergarten, when it was new. This song is just special for that. The embodiment of how I feel with this movie

Even after many years, from seeing it in the movies, to thinking about this song while struggling in life. I always find myself coming back here to this video and to this song. I've heard it properly over a hundred times already, and it still has the same effect on me. It makes me feel sad for the people i've lost in life, for the struggles that i fought through, but still, it also has a calming effect and i even feel my body warming up a bit. Even now after all these years, i still love this masterpiece.

What a beautiful composition from Shinji Miyazaki. It has so much feeling on every note. The combination of instruments is perfect. A masterpiece no doubt :)

I'm convinced if the world came together and listened to this masterpiece, everything would be calmer... truly means so much to me, I can't comprehend how a human could write this beautiful piece. And it does calm, it almost feels like it mends all wounds just like in the movie

It has been over 10 years ago now! Watched this movie for the first time back in 2008, As a child, when I was in love with Pokémon. The games, the movies, the anime and the cards, I played and watched everything Pokemon! It was mu childhood! Now in 2021(still a bad year) with a horrific 2020 behind us, I came back to revisit my childhood. And I’m proud to say that I still love Pokémon and I forever will and I don’t feel any shame for it! If only we had a world like the Pokémon world, kinda hate this place tbh. I hope te see everyone that loves Pokémon here again in another 10 years! Keep the faith!

This is a masterpiece. No matter how old you are. This will always give us goosebumps

darkrai is and always has been my favorite legendary, but this movie helped cement him in that spot even more. the fact that even though he was ostracized by most of the city he still gave everything he could to not only protect the garden he made his first friend in, but the city she lived in

I swear Gen 4 best gen ever.

Indeed your correct, but how about we mention XY and XYZ that also do with the order of life.

I never knew until this point that someone uploaded the proper version to KZread. The Sinnoh movies will always be absolutely incredible. And in the world of Pokemon...Sinnoh will always be MY home. This song brings me to near tears. And I don't cry out of happiness easily.
