I always appreciated how they used the original art for the trainers also that fact red speaks in ellipses in this game as well

I find it hilarious how it resembles nothing of the real team he has on Gold/Silver, may as well be a random trainer

I always imagined this is red after he started a new adventure in johto and built a new team from the ground up for the occasion.

Although Red's team in Stadium 2 (Round 1) and G/S/C are different there are some references Both use 2 started pokemon in their final stage(Stadium 2 use the Johto,'s starters in the G/S/C use the Kanto's) A pure Electric-type (Jolteon X Pikachu) Eevolution (Also Jolteon X Espeon) Second gen Pokemon, that is a evolution from a first gen (Scizor X Also Espeon) Single stage and a pure Normal-type pokemon from the first Gen (Tauros X Snorlax)

True, at least all of the starters could've been Kanto starters not Photo starters. I guess this Red must met Professor Elm lol.

If you’re upset about this, you’re gonna s**t bricks when you see the Rival’s team. Pokemon Stadium did a great job in challenging the player. I personally loved these games.

To this day I still have no idea why he has the Johto starters. I mean Jolteon,Tauros and even Scizor make sense given those are Kanto mons (And he could have evolved his scyther while on his trip to Johoto) but why does not have all three Kanto starters? Or hell a Charizard, Espeon and Snorlax?

cause he's so good he also has other trained high level pokemon. i'd assume by now he also caught and trained to 100 a bunch of legendaries and dragons and pseudo legendaries

I am surprised they did not change that in Pokemon Stadium two. Surf should still hit the Pokemon when underground.
