Especially because some are not capable of holding an item that is valuable and not caving and selling for a loss as soon as a market price dips. I know a guy who sold two graded 10 moonbreons for sub 800 each a few months ago. Gotta be able to time an exit without shitting on everyone else holding that same item.

Full disclosure: haven’t watch the whole video. Since this is more of an investment/analytical video figured I’d add my take. With tangible investments like commodities such as gold/silver or collectibles (which is such a large umbrella, paintings, cards, memorabilia) time will always favor the investor. The reason why is mainly due to the devaluing of the US dollar. It’s not that our items become worth more (long term), it’s that the dollar is worth less. Items become worth more as the dollar is worth less. Tangible goods are a hedge investment versus inflation.

The most typical match maximum is usually no more than 6% not 50 that would be insane.😂

They usually match 50% of your contribution which is like 2-8% I think

A good example: Company will match 3% of your contribution @100%, the next 2% @50%, and the next 1% @25%… So in this example it would be a no-brainer to contribute at least 6% of your paycheck to 401k. I could’ve used a more simple example but in my experience, companies usually have tiers for matching.

@@NostalgiaNomics perhaps you know about APRV and the hypoxia and marked increases in d-dimer amongst COVID patients and the pulmonary embolisms and DVTs that'd turn into strokes or myocardial infarction. Do you know about the way we even knew someone was COVID positive before we got the results. It was because of their elevated neutrophils and low lymphocytes. Their immune system was being overrun. We had to know about their status because at that time initially essential workers were dying frequently. Prison guards, EMTs, hospice nurses, bus drivers. Dead. The worst flu season I'd ever seen was nothing compared to those first two years of COVID. WHAT ON EARTH DO YOU KNOW ABOUT COVID, YOU MORON. Have some respect for those that know better than you, for those that wish they'd never seen it, because if you're going to joke about it in any way then you are an absolute joke. Get a job, ya bum. A REAL ONE.

Perhaps you know about d dimer elevation in COVID as opposed to the flu and what that means for prevalence of embolisms. You must know something to make such a claim on your Pokemon channel. I don't have a side. I'm slap bang in the middle. I own tons of boxes but I also have concerns. I like how everyone ignored my comment in that stream that said "Even something like Shining Fates is going to go up". 😂 You were correct about me being a Reserved Investments follower though. I was one of the most bullish guys around until I found his channel a few months ago. It's certainly got me second guessing everything I'd done previously in the modern market. Anyway, I think we've reached a natural parting of the ways. Good luck Nomics, it's been a fun 2 years. Good luck for the future. 👋👋

@monkey39128 Well first I don't "ignore comments" I just can't get to every comment on the lives man. There are too many and I legitimately just missed it. I will warn you that reserved investments has been around for years now and has been wrong all of those years and is unwilling to adapt of admit his wrongs. Just understand it's very easy to talk knowledgeable about the past and draw negative conclusions for the future. It may make for a good video but how many years do you have to be wrong to finally be right at some point in the future and by then does it even matter? Last, that's up to you. If you no longer want to follow that's fine. The issue on youtube is people want to be able to say anything to creators and then if they talk about it they are a "victim" and if they respond back they are "too sensitive". I just don't play those games and I will respond when I get criticism especially if I think it's unwarranted. I wish you all the best brother and I urge you do not fall into the trap of the bears like Shawn and those other guys. People have missed out on 100s if not 1000s of % in gains due to the fear they spread.
