Pokemon, But Type Matchups Are Reversed… this was really interesting and intense…
So we all know the Pokemon type chart, right? Fire beats grass, water beats fire, and so on. Well, in generation 6, inverse battles were added, where the type chart is reversed. That got me thinking, how would it feel to play an entire Pokemon game with this cursed type chart? Well, in this video, I’m going to be beating Pokemon FireRed, but type matchups are reversed. Can You Beat Pokemon FireRed With Only Inverse Battles? We’re about to find out.
This video is similar to videos such as "Pokemon, But I Can Only Use My First Six Encounters" and "Pokemon, But I Can't Evolve," or basically any Pokemon, But video. Not a Pokemon Solo Run, or a Pokemon Scarlet and Violet playthrough, but a different type of Pokemon Challenge: Beating Pokemon FireRed but all type matchups are reversed. Basically, beating Pokemon FireRed when every battle is an inverse battle. Inspired by Jrose11, Mah-Dry-Bread, and Smallant!

Slow, defensive ice types when the type chart is reversed: “My time has come”
I can’t figure out if doing a run where you swap every Pokémon’s attack with their special attack and defense with their special defense would be entertaining but I would watch that. Maybe even swap their speed with their hp for funnies

Yeah, I wonder which Pokemon will move to the top with the reversed matchups
So how does dragon work then? Since dragon is also weak but also strong against dragon. Great video welcome back!

I would think Rock would be most powerful since it’s notorious for having so many weaknesses. ( Prediction before the actual watch)

So I love your content and ideas. My only draw back is maybe add 3-5 more mins so it's not so fast pace. Just my small edit but keep up the great work. P.S. love the wooper claim he is cute and strong gets icepunch with no arms

Love your videos! I have two challenge ideas. Gen3 game with all pokemon's attack and special attack swapped. Black/white with pre-physical/special split.
