By "areas" I mean caves, forests, lakes, castles and other buildings. Easier, those places that do not belong to a route or a city.
Some of these zones share the same theme with routes. As there have been only a very few, I have added them because I thought it would be unfair to leave them out. I have put in the description the themes that are also used in routes.
Finally, this top has been really complicated to make, especially the last positions. Pokémon has a lot of music dedicated to zones, much more than dedicated to cities or routes. So even the lowest numbers, they are themes that I love, in the same way that I had to leave out other themes that I also like a lot. Nevertheless, it seems that the Areas Top 50 has one generation as the clear winner😄
This will be the last Top 50 until the release of the new generation.

Por "zonas" me refiero a cuevas, bosques, lagos, castillos y otros edificios. Más fácilmente, aquellos lugares que no pertenecen a una ruta o a una ciudad.
Algunas de estas zonas comparten la misma canción con rutas. Como han sido muy pocas, las he añadido porque me parecía injusto dejarlas fuera.
Por último, este top ha sido realmente complicado de hacer, sobre todo las últimas posiciones. Pokémon tiene mucha música dedicada a zonas, más incluso que la dedicada a ciudades o rutas. Así que hasta los números más bajos, son temas que me encantan, del mismo modo que he tenido que dejar fuera otros temas que también me gustan mucho.

I’m honestly shocked that the north area theme of sword and shield didn’t make it higher. It is such a good theme and feels so heroic and was an amazing switch up from most area themes! Even though my favorite area theme wasn’t one of the to ones on this list, this list of music is amazing to listen to! Thank you for making this!

If there is something about Kalos Power Plant is that it's a very original theme within Pokémon music. I can perfectly understand why you like it so much :D
#2 is my favorite!!!!! I wasn't expecting it to show up here.... I'm so happy someone else loves it, too...! I'm really enjoying these videos! I just wanted some video games OST to listen to in the background because I was feeling anxious, but I've wound up having a lot of fun watching these!

I love watching videos like this where the creator has good taste so I can just shout "YES, SOMEONE ELSE GETS IT" over and over. 😆 Thanks for including Railway Station, Slumbering Wield, Sinnoh Game Corner (AKA Metronome Style Shop), SS Aqua, Skyarrow Bridge, Elm's Lab, Gen 2 Viridian Forest, Dark Cave, Mt. Pyre Peak, and of course National Park. My top 50 would include all of those too.
Ngl for the lake I kinda wish you used the original version, but it still deserves to be top 5

Good point! I just watched again the battle (in platinum and in shining pearl) and I'm not really sure if the music sounds because of the room or because of the dialogue. But yes, its a great theme!
