My grandparents used to have a N64 with some well known games, both Pokemon Stadiums being included. There was also a Pokemon tile matching game that was pretty confusing. A few years ago they sold it, along with all the games that were with it.

Same here I used to play it with my cousins many years ago it was a real good time wish I can go back

I’m sad. This was the very first video game I ever had. Takes me back to Kindergarten. I’m 27 now. I remember when they bought this game for me, I didn’t wanna sleep when it was bed time because I had school in the morning. I wanted to play the mini games. A simple life.

My older and I sunk so many hours into this game when we were kids, and looking back on it now gives me the hugest dab of nostalgia. I don’t think we ever beat all the gym leaders, but we definitely played the mini games a bajillion times

The Golbat that faint at the end die from shock from seeing Jynx, they expected Wigglytuff or a cuter Pokémon

12:12 I don’t think I’ll ever fully forget the rage I experienced whenever a Swinub would barge into me while I had a full load. (Also I love how causally Deliberd shoves a flipping grand piano in it’s bag)

the aipom fakeout in the eevee minigame is always so damn funny

That Golbat game was hard, I remember just flying in the back collecting everything the other players dropped and I would win that way usually

It's kinda funny when COM is pressing the count buttom randomly in Streaming Stampede.

Nostalgia is one hell of a drug

The Party Crashes are going to love this when it comes to switch. Especially the Furret one

bruh i used to lose my shit when my friend got all the bigger pokeballs in the furret mini game

I remember getting this Christmas morning and playing the minigames with my brother and cousins after dinner for two hours. Also being shocked when Omanyte showed up in the togepi game.

I wish the main series had minigames. Just small bits of variety go a long way.

Oh, they do! Amie has mini games to re-up your puffs :) but they're not nearly as inventive or replayable.

Saves all the eggs then proceeds to throw them all to the water lol

Furret was my favorite Pokémon ever. I was a hardcore gen 1 and I was super hesitant about the second generation, I didn’t even like the starters as much until I saw furret. When I was a kid I wanted a ferret more than anything and that convinced me. Of course now I love gen 2 and I also love the gen with Sapphire and Ruby and I have yet to play sun and moon but I’m looking forward to doing so.

I have a soft spot for the names of the rental Pokémon used in the mini-games, e.g. Goler, Golbine, Omertop, Therslip, Pocker, Tretul, Mogute, Miemr, Pikcho, Picheps, Donpom, Phantes, Effacle, Clefsor, Gepigop, Gepston, Birdiot and Dolion.

I figured out at some point that during the Delibird game, you could turn and use your bag as a shield against the guys running across the screen

who else was raging during the eevie game

I remember some great, funny moments playing these with my dad. Once he came close to winning the Golbat game, only for me and the coms to "thrash" him at the end. And after he once failed the log game by "slivering the top", I think I became obsessed with doing that whenever I could, even if it was bad.

9:34 I man, I am just INFATUATED with the song that this minigame starts with! It is so captivating! 😍🥰

I’ve always like Clear Cut Challenge the best among the other eleven mini games.

That Golbat game was the original Flappy Bird 😂

Always liked how you can use your own gameboy Pokémon in the minigames via the N64 Transfer Pack and how some can only be played in the via that (if you have a Scizor in your game you can use it in the Syther and Pinsir minigame)

I just noticed that in Clear-Cut Challenge, player 3 was a Pinsir on the beginning screen, but then became a Scyther when the minigame began. I don't know if I've ever seen that happen before. Vice-versa with player 2.

Hahahaha ahh, I loved these funny mini games. Pokemon still has so much untapped potential.. Why hasn't there been a Pokemon Stadium 3?!?!

1 : Too hard, not my favorite 3/10 2 : One of my favorite, so fun 9/10 3 : My favorite. I don't know why I jut think it was great 10/10 4 : So chaotic but so fun 8/10 5 : Very nice and fun to play 8/10 6 : Hated it when I was young, 3/10 7 : Cool 7/10 8 : I was really good at this so i have a great memory of it 9/10 9 : Always hated obstacle races 3/10 10 : My other favorite 10/10 11 : Really fun 9/10 12 : Shit this was a fun one too 9/10 Never realised how much I loved these minigames haha

Pokemon Stadium 1 minigames are more memorable and better in my opinion

Know what would have been nice? Winning games with your own Pokemon boosting friendship, since a lot of the mini game Pokemon need max friendship this would have been a great aide.
