Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia [Extra #4]: Dialga in Hia Valley!?

We’ve run into some time problems, and I don’t just mean clocks that fell behind… More like…we’re behind… Right? Time confuses me…
So, here’s a quick explanation of what’s going on, in case you’re confused:
This “extra” set of videos are about this game’s Ranger Net missions. These missions are download-only missions from Nintendo’s now cancelled Wi-Fi service, meaning that they are now impossible to get now, unless you downloaded them before the shutdown.
This, and the next two missions, unlike the previous “special missions”, do not let you send any Pokémon to another main series Pokémon game. That is, you can’t send Dialga to a main series Pokémon game, for example.
As I said before, you can’t download these missions anymore, and because of the game recognizes how these missions are unlocked, there are no cheat codes you can use to get these missions if you never got them.
So how did I get these missions? It was very convoluted, so please don’t bother asking me how I got them, since it’s not very…readily accessible for anyone to do. It basically involved transferring my actual save file off my real game card and converting it into a format that this emulator can use. Because of that, I had to replay the game so that things like my name (Œuf, that is) and other such stuff would carry over. That’s how I could get play that Pachirisu quest from the all quests video, and that’s also why my levels, quest power-ups, and other stuff are off, because that was the only quest I did, and I just ran through it in a few hours with a 1-loop capture cheat code.
Oh, also, you can’t play this mission without beating the game first.
That’s it. That’s all you need to know. It’s still not a very short explanation, but whatever…

Dialga played games with your character making it to where he slept for several years
Really disappointing you can't get the Network missions anymore. This looks like it would be fun

I was so salty when that happened to me before except instead of running out of time(it was my second try) I lost all my health at the last moment.
i remember playing around with the ds and stuff and i came across this mission, almost shit myself
“Yup back to the Houndoom”
Image a mainline Pokémon game in this art style that would have been amazing
Just because I don't trust myself (captures Raichu with a charge 3 buff)

If Dialga was injured there since before the game started why wasn't it discovered sooner? And Dialga can't travel in time, it can send others tho (the arceus movie proved that)

Actually he can do both the movie didn't prove he can't Dialga couldn't stop arceus from rampaging he knew only ash could

I wish I got the network missions.....I would love to test out my skill in these guys and complete th game 100%. It sucks it's not available.

You can get them. Look up how to get Gen IV and Gen V mystery gifts after Wifi Connection shutdown. You just need to use 172.104.088.237 as the primary DNS, instead of 164.132.044.106

Or (I doubt you care now) but you can patch the save file using a tool. Several exist now
It is possible to get Dialga his first phase? bc it looks like you almost got him the first time.

(I doubt you care now) but they were limited time missions that were sent by Nintendo over the Wi-Fi connection network. There was around 6 in total I believe. When Nintendo wifi shutdown it became impossible to download them. There are other ways to get them though in modern day.

It's been a while since I've done it but if you have a way of accessing the games save file (emulation or via flash card etc), there's a program someone made a long time ago online you can download and it will patch your save file with all the ranger net missions that were released. Doing a Google search should bring up what you need

@@bend7726actually, the event Pokemon missions were limited time. Funnily enough, the Dialga and Palkia missions were available until the shutdown. Same with Guardian Signs, the Arceus and Giratina missions were around until the very end
