Wow, somehow I didn't know that Pokéball plus worked with Pokémon Go even though I have it. I just thought it was a quirky controller, maybe I forgot about it lol.

Literally me too, I got Let’s Go when it came out and just learned it could be used like this. In hindsight, it’s kinda obvious lol

I’d love to get the pokéball plus+ but I wanna do more research on it first, this was very useful for understanding the features and differences! Thank you very much :)

Very nice video! I have a Pokémon go Plus and a Pokeball Plus, my boyfriend ordered a Pokémon Go Plus + just today, soon I'll have it. My Go Plus has a battery mod, very handy since you can recharge it.

Loved how you showed the sword and shield connectivity! I haven't used it myself so it was nice to see how it functioned! All 3 look good for sure going to use my pokeball plus more! Hope the new device works fine for you!✌

So as a long time owner of the Pokeball Plus and now owner of the Pokémon Go Plus + I like the portability of the Plus +, the pokeball is a bit bulky to have in a small bag. Honestly if somebody doesn’t play the main games other that the form factor there’s no reason to pick the pokeball plus over the plus +

Thank you! A fun thing with the little clip with the Pokemon GO Plus+ is it's magnetic! It magnets into the little adjustment circle so that you can clip it to a pillow when sleeping with Sleep. It didn't feel especially strong though, so I'd not use it as a clip to clothing or a bag when using it on the go with GO.

Question: I am currently using go plus plus. But I would love to use ball plus as a spare and leave in my car. Do I have to unpair the plus plus in order to connect ball plus?

Very informative. I only own the Poké Ball Plus, as I got it in a bundle with Let's Go Pikachu.

Taking you’re Pokémon with you in the pokeball plus is hands down my favorite features they’ve added to this thing. I can take my swampert everywhere I go :)

I use the plus, I took the motor out and it lasts way longer than normal now.

Crazy my pokeball plus has set next to my ps5 for 4 years untouched just watched this got my suicune out says 7700 walks 😭😭 so much exp my game lagged and it's worth 250 bucks? Like what I have the special stand too that u had to buy separate insane that my small habits just had a 250% return on retail 😭😭

Does the poke all plus work as a joycon for other games?

i really hope that they update the plus+ so that you can actually select the extra unlockable pikachu cries for its features because as of this comment, those cries are merely audios to play when using the pokemon sleep app and cannot actually be selected for the notification sound or the sleep sounds like the lullabies...

Only Pokeball Plus+ can be used with Pokémon Sleep.

I believe there are no restrictions to what Pokémon can be in the ball.

I just started getting into pokemon go again and I really wish the pokeball plus would switch to great balls 😭

Absolutely not just for beginners. A lot of pro players and Pokémon GO Content Creators use them. I don't want to play without mine now :)

as a new owner of the plus plus (terrible name btw) my biggest gripe with it is that there is no option to turn off vibration. Appart from being a waste of battery, i live right on top of a poke stop, so i use it it to auto spin it and catch any pokemon that spawn while i sleep, its constantly flashing and even worse vibrating so i have to wrap it in a hand towel so i dont hear it. I dont know why this isnt just an option in settings to turn off the vibrate.

Only 2 screws to get to the motor to cut two wires and you can permanently turn off the vibration motor tons of videos online about it

can you use pokeball plus with the mobile screen turned off? or you only can use it while having the game opened

Yes it works with screen off/locked. But game needs to be running obviously.

The only thing confusing me is how do you know when to press the button to spin poke stops or catch Pokémon? And can you change it? I’d love to have poke stops spun for free items while I’m not in game but I don’t like the idea of having all my poke balls wasted since I’ve been running low recently

For the pokemon go ++ you can change in game if you want it to spin stops automatically, catch pokemon automatically, or both. However both these features work only if you have the pokeball selected as the ball to use. Pokeball plus can spin stops automatically but only if you transferred a pokemon into it from sword&shield or lets go, this cannot automatically catch pokemon so no worries of running out of balls

So can pokeball plus not link with Pokémon sleep?
