@@asra-5180 I used to think I didn’t enjoy roguelikes too. Give this a try, there is a genuine chance it will change your mind, ESPECIALLY if you enjoy stuff like nuzlocking. It’s all the fun parts of randomized nuzlocking without any of the boring grind or mashing A through story.

So in the next Emerald Rogue update we're getting: New and Updated Route Designs (including routes from Sinnoh) Updated Battle Graphics Overworld Encounters (Pokemon spawning in the grass) Following Pokemon A Battle Simulator Evil Team Leaders with their own Evil Team Bases New Rivals (Like Silver) Reworked Plots for the Main Lobby An Overhauled Quest Log Gym Leaders from Generations 4-9 The Ability to see a Pokemon's Movepool and when they Evolve A Day/Night Cycle Seasons A Speed Toggle for Animations Multiplayer New Main Character Designs And of course the biggest thing of them all..... Every Pokemon from Generation 9 including those from the DLCs All Gym Leaders and (presumably) Elite Four Members from Gen 9 Terastalization All of this is coming... tomorrow. Well now I know what I'm going to spend the next month or two doing now.

The discord has a previews channel that shows off even more, and I have a thread in the suggestions forum of that discord detailing things she's said that hasn't been shown in official previews yet. It's so massive that she's said there's no possible way to have a comprehensive change log, so she's just going to cover all the biggest ones, and go into her reasonings for them.

thank you very much for adding some many quality of life to the game, it's kinda minor but I especially appreciate the possibility to change the audio in game, because usually HD sounds are the reason rom hacks crashes in not specific emulators, so I'm very happy to be able to play this in my "totally legal hardware"!

This is one of my favorite romhacks, and was a bit saddened that it hadn't been updated in a while, but this really seems to be a huge update, looking forward to playing it

Oh hell yeah. I love that Pokemon Emerald Rogue runs on original hardware.

Absolutely love the work and dedication that looks like was poured into this. I have played through ER1 for at least 100 hours and was stunned by the QoL and just the base mechanics of the gameplay loop! Especially now with multiplayer ima have to spend a lot more time on this

If this was the game launched in 2004, Pokemon would have a shot to be a trillionaire right now.
