I have been trying since 5/7/23 to get a booking, I go on everyday before 10.00am UK time however I keep getting a AWS Captcha up. By the time I complete the Captcha all time slots have been booked. Some time slots appear again after 10 mins however the Captcha pops up again. Any tips greatly appreciated.

This was harder to book than Ohana restaurant at Disney omg. Did it! Just a tip, they'll ask you to confirm a code to your email. So be ready to check that as well when you book. I got all the coasters I wanted for the booking :)

I had no idea it was ok to refresh! I tried last May and when I saw the technical difficulties I just waited and obviously it didn’t help bc I wasn’t able to get a slot since I wasted time waiting. And the 2min thing is real. I tried everyday for 2 weeks and wasn’t successful :(. I will try again!

Trying it for 5 days now.. I am really fast but I didn't get the chance to choose a time. After 1 minute and refreshing many times it's always fully booked. 😥 Today it was fully booked after 40 seconds.

It is impossible now. I did everything exactly when the clock went the time. It was already booked out. I looked it up on a page and 102 bots booked the slots.

Its been so frustrating, with the high volume of website traffic when it hits 6pm

like others have said, the site nowadays is used so much it gets congested the second reservations are available, so it feels nigh impossible to book anything.

I tried 3 or 4 times to book a table. It's simply impossible even a month in advance. The site crashes when you try to connect at 6pm japan time. And in 30 sec it's full. Somethings wrong with this system.

Did your confirmation email state your name and phone number on it? (I didn't receive the email after booking but fortunately I screenshoted my reservation ID so upon entering it, can see confirmation) And do they ask for our name and phone number upon entering the cafe, or just showing reservation ID is fine? Thanks a lot!

Been staying up to 2am just trying to get ANY reservation and it sells out in less than 2 minutes Idk how I'm gonna get this one 😭

seriously stressful. I've tried 2 nights in a row and it's impossible. I refresh right at 1am Los Angeles time and the first time it kept saying overloaded and buffering even after I kept refreshing and sold out by 1:03am and the tonight it was sold out by 1:01am! Any other tips?

Sorry it’s so popular now and Japan Yen is so cheap so tons of people are trying. I would get an army of people to help, every device laptop, smartphone, tablet, some connected to 5G some on WiFi, exactly 1am try again and again one of you will get through.

Do you need to enter a Japanese cellphone number for the reservation? Does USA phone number and email address okay for the reservation? Thanks.

Going for our first Japan trip in June. Would love to take our son here but doesn’t look like it’s happening. To hard to get in. Honestly it seems like it’s full of influencers making KZread videos as there are endless amounts of them. They should limit that to a certain number a day maybe but any way we can just get some treats instead of going in the cafe. He’s excited for the pokemon center thank thankfully we won’t need to reserve to go in there

It is now impossible to book because resellers are using bots. No way you can beat them. Best bet is to buy from resellers but it’s gonna be very expensive

I just recently tried to get a reservation and it was booked in about 30 seconds. So frustrating. Is there a way to go without a reservation?

I believe if you go to the café and somebody happens to have cancelled their reservation for that hour you could get in, but lord knows how common that is.

For your name did you put english name or kanji?

In my rush to get the reservation I accidentally booked for 6 people, but we only have 5 in our group. Do you know if they will still let us into the cafe?

haven't been trying many days but there must be someone botting this... there's now human verification step and by then, there is zero chance.

I’ve been checking every single day trying to book, I am on the website at exactly 6pm Japan time but bro there is no way like even if I see spots I click and then boom “congested too many people” I refresh refresh and then it’s full… like brooooooooooo I can’t

It’s crazy why can’t they just expand the restaurant 😂

They are just IMPOSSIBLE to book! I tried every single day for a month, all of the seats are gone within 30 seconds!

He did this video when was or a time of the year that is easy. Now is impossible. 2 seconds and all is gone.
