Awesome video! Like the lighter tip! Would love it if you started putting the recipes in the description. Great for taking a screenshot and getting the materials together. Thx for the videos!

Took some of these to Missouri's Bennett Springs Trout Park for opening week-end of Catch and Release Season. Caught ninety percent of my fish on this nymph fished below a wooly bugger! This fly moves to the top of my go to flies. Thanks for the tie.

Im starting to get into tying and have inheritted a lot of things from my Grandpa as far as material goes. I’ve noticed a lot of his feathers and marabou etc. are bent and just thrown in drawers which makes them hard to tie with. A cool video idea would be how you store everything!

I started tying 60 years ago with some materials and a home made vise I got from my uncle Eddie. He died while I was gone in the service during the Vietnam war. I still miss him and feel bad I never got to say good bye, but I smile every time I use something he gave me. It's a great tradition to pass along. I store my materials mostly in zip lock bags. If you're careful they stay pretty straight. You can rehab bent feathers by steaming them over a pot of boiling water.

Nice Nymph, thank you! I also use the CDL cape in mefium Pardo but i think it's less barred and the Fibers are thinner and less shiny compared to the small CDL packs but it's very cheap. What do you think?

I use the CDL capes too, the small packs are just prime CDL feathers.
