Was it taken back? Little P.P. was kicked out for refusing to take it back and behave, after all. Not for saying the words but for continuing to be a jerk using as many other examples of name calling as he was allowed. Publicity stunt used as a fundraiser right after the event. Sorta like Trump does when he gets in trouble, there was some form of "go fund me" set up for the Reformist leader as well.

The Canadian Charter of human Rights and freedoms isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Judges have been overruling people's human rights for a long time now. example? Jordan B. Peterson! if the court deems it reasonable, they can circumvent your rights under the charter. this is nothing new. also, Quebec and Ontario to name two are provinces that have already used the notwithstanding clause.
