You got it wrong; Quantity does not affect the "tier" of the currency dropping, instead it affects the amount you drop so its more likely to see better currency, same for divination cards. The only thing that works the way you described it is rarity, which upgrades regular items from normal to magic to rare to unique and it also makes rarer higher tier uniques to appear more frecuently

Any Amount of Quant is enough i would say, but try to hit as much as u can... Rarity is not as important this league As far ive learnt (could be wrong) that rarity only affect the drop rate of "uniques"

If not before, this league is best and easy to get headhunter. besides if u are not playing a bow character, then its fine u can aim for mageblood as chase item, but bow users get great deal of defense boost from Head hunter
