Damn, I was about to stop playing for this league, but you made me want to try this build so here we go again x) Also, I have a friend who wants to respec into something that can still use his good rolled Nimis, while being tanky enough (he lags=can't go glasscanon), any idea? I thought about Moltenstrike Jugg but idk how it feels.

haha, 20-100 more play hours so? :) idk, I never played molten strike with nimis, probably still not the best with lags, because it's melee. Maybe it will be better to sell that Nimis and play autobomber? During 3.18 and 3.19 I had very bad internet, permanent 600 ms ping and I played elementalist HoT and Occultist Death Aura, was pretty safe (they are not tanky chars, but auto dmg and explosions do their work very well to stay alive)

This is suuuper solid for a 200div budget, I was very much considering doing bossing uber bossing this league, and this looks like it would do very nicely! May be an end-of-league project for me during the final month or something after I'm done with my group MFing

try not to reserve life at all. I ran sanctums with 50% reserved life and everything was ok. Freezing pulse of course for better clear

Hey K2, been awhile. Ive played a lot since beginning of this league and invested everything into a mb and strength stack berserker. Took a lot out of me and then i see shockwave totem thought itd be fun but it seemed like a lot to put together and i had most of it but wasnt having fun. then i seen this and i said i could try this, sold all my shockwave totem gear and regeared for this and might i say 10/10 bosser. I usually stray from uber exarch but man is it fun to kill before anything happens. I can uber maven on my other build but this is just less stressful lol. nice job on this. ill be saving currency to make your cwdt build next 👍

I am not planning to do mid budget. As they say "Go big or go home" :) but you can just follow this version with cheaper items, non-corrupted staff, body, 1 mod watcher's eye, no awak GMP, etc. Many items where u can save lot of currency

@@DissolvedEvolutionyeah, I though I will use coward's legacy belt as most people do, but I decided to go with darkness enthroned and reserve life. Yes, should be ok for sanctum if you get enough dmg to kill enemies fast, freezes help a lot

@@K2Gaming_ i dont understand how you freeze with this setup you have in pob? you are using elemental focus, and your cold snap doesnt have nearly enough dmg to freeze bosses, and it's on a too long of a cooldown to freeze all mobs when mapping or doing sanctum/trials. Why even use heatshiver if you cant freeze due to ele focus? im confused. i might be missing something obvious tho. also you have not checked freeze in pob so .. i dont get it? ALSO, if you remove elemental focus and use something else like cold pen, now you freeze everything because of absurd dmg, and your dmg goes up by another 200mil from what i could tell in pob?

@@azkv_ i do not freeze with this setup, that why i didn't set "enemy is frozen" in pob config, would be 2.5 billion dps with it. I wasn't sure i can freeze ubers to make heatshiver work for 100%, so i set ele focus for stable higher dmg. I have 26% chill from cold snap for heatshiver with this setup. As I wrote in video, for mapping, tota and sanctum is use freezing pulse and inc crit strikes instead of ice spear and ele focus, so i can freeze. But yes, you can use hypothermia instead of ele focus with ice spear setup, will be 2.3 Billion dps. Hypothermia is much better than cold pen here

On league start, like day 2-3. What would investment need to be to comfortably do Guardian farming?

@@K2Gaming_ So far, I have only gotten my toes wet with link skills. But the connected minions will use VD and other corpse skills. As long as there is corpses laying around, the minions will target them. You can also give the minions frostbolt. Which is good if you are using vortex or icenova. Exsanguinate might be interesting if you can get the minion life regen super high so it doesn't rip. Lot of possibilities. Not seeing a lot of builds using link skills. Honestly, think we are too scared to try a serious build because of the death rate. lol

@@opticsrus9981so, you are talking only about Intuitive link, right? But I see lot of issues why it will not be very good. We need to take some minion life nodes to, so minion will not die. But we also need to take general spell dmg, crti etc to inc dmg of triggerred spell. Also cooldown of Intuitive link is 0.5 sec (cast on crit has 0.15 for comparison), and linked spells have 38% less dmg at lvl 20 gem. So, for me it seems like much worse version of CoC, with less dmg, and need to cast link every 10 sec. Probably that's why noone made such build, too low potential

@@K2Gaming_ Exactly. How are we supposed to scale minion and spell damage at the same time? The cooldown part sucks. And a entire buffet of other issues with link skills. Just wondering who do we as players make such a crappy thing useful and worth the time to invest in? GGG put link passives all over the tree. What are they hiding! Or are link skills just MEH like brand skills at this point. Hum.

Leave on this final note. I made a build with Frozen Legion using Dayadus axe and Heatshiver helm . Used a Elementalist build where hits always ignite. This build restored my faith in red gems. It worked very well. Hit hard on everything. Getting CD time is an issue again. And it was not a cheap build besides the axe.

works without the tattoos? does pathing change? i see you said they were more or less for recovery rate/ sustain so is it possible to do this build still?

yes, that recovery wasn't very important. Anyway I wasn't able to sustain RF when ruby flask ends, so RF only on uber exarch/eater fights, which last 2-4 sec

it doesn't have 80% more effect as i know (this stat was remover back in 3.17), just random hex when totems die. And I have more than 100% reduced effect of curses when on consecrated ground (51% if not on ground)

why it doesn't make any sense? All spell dmg nodes, cast speed, ele dmg also applies to totems. That's how they work from the start of poe, 10+ years already

I'm seeing the charms are still in the "3.24" PoB. I'm assuming we just unallocate the wildwood skills and that's the only change that needs to be made when using the 3.24 pob?

​@@pieking4 hm, probably I pasted wrong pob link, sorry. That was update back in 3.23, people were asking what charms to add, so I added them. Seems 1.36B dps left without charms, still should be more than enough for ubers

@K2Gaming_ it's actually super-easy to get 150% curse reduction this league because of hinekora deathwarden tatoos, same it's super simple to cap off res because of +3 all res tatoos. So you really don't need sublime vision this time to run coward's legacy. (It wasn't super-hard even before, but then you had to get double (implicit+explicit) curse reduction jewels which virtually ensured they'd be quite trash. This time you just need 2 jewels with either explicit or implicit 25% curse reduction and shaper curse reduction ring mod catalysted for 48%. That's like 100% total. Then yugul 30% + 4x 6% tatoos get it past 150.

now I have 30% from rare jewel, 15% from passive and 6% from tattoo, so it's 51% all the time and extra 62% when I stand on consecrated ground from Bottled Faith (it's whole boss fight actually). So, I already have 113% reduced effect of curses Imo, no reason to use coward's legacy belt, it's much easier to reserve life, then cap res and get some extra dmg from abyss jewels in abyss belt. Anyway on uber bosses it doesn't matter do you have 2k life or just 1k unreserved, if u get hit, it's oneshot

probably no, my most tanky chars are pathfinders and they deal poison dmg which is zero dmg against CI chars in halls. Idk about this hierophant ice spear, maybe totems with high dmg are ok for that, but i didn't try it in halls.

great build guide , but how u chill enemies when u using awakened ele focus which cannot inflict elemental ailments so how heat shiver works i dont get it excuse me am new

thanks! I have Twitch, but I don't stream. Tried one time, but i don't have ideas what to show, also it requires to be online for 5-6 hours in a row, that's often not possible for me. Most of the time in the game I farm random things to get currency for builds, theorycrafting, analyzing some builds from poeninja to get the ideas for videos etc. Not interesting content for twitch imo

is there any reason behind the flask regen mod on your watcher's eye? i was thinking of getting 2x zealotry effect mod instead of flask

I like builds like this for bossing, cause i suck at mechanics. I did a dex stacking variant as a heirophantand it was superb at bossing. I might try this. And it is not expensive. Tornado shot is expensive. This is a budget build in comparison.

I used here ele focus so I don't have "enemy is frozen" in POB , that's why no nerf for me at all, only buff from new quality of ice spear 40% crit multi. But still I think that hexblast mines are better for sanctum

I use heatshiver only for chill part, and I had 26% chill from cold snap chilled ground. Ele focus gives a lot of dmg, and if I remove it and add hypothermia instead and set "enemy is frozen" dps will be +- the same. Also another thing that many people would say "you can't freeze ubers", so I left it with ele focus

POB already counted all projectiles of ice spear in second form and x5 totems, so no mistake in calculations. Ice spear fires 13 projectiles here btw, and they all counted

I don't use it because I have corrupted implicit 15% cast speed, it gives much more dps that 15% ele dmg enchant with 30% quality

Are you sure that "most"? If I use filter for ice spear and lioneye's - only 5 chars shown. And they are self-cast, not totems, that's different build

if u can afford it, but for bossing without phases it's useless, using 3 unique flasks here. But MB will be very good for sanctum for example, much higher movement speed, also for mapping, more speed and some defenses

POB shows where gems are placed, there is icon of weapon, body etc. And there is text "socketed in Weapon 1" etc, look closely. Here in video 9:43 those gems are in staff

yes, it's 6L, you also can see this in POB and in video 8:59, sockets are G=G=B=B=B=R, so that "=" between sockets mean they are linked, it's basic knowledge how to use POB

this build doesn't use Ralakesh boots, so idk why u mentioned them here And yes, this build should work. I used ele focus here, so even after nerf of Heatshiver dmg will be the same and even bit higher with new quality of ice spear for 40% crit multi

Hi! to be on low life u need to use Herald of ice linked with arrogance. Also I am using vitality linked with arrogance for better sustaining RF. Btw, I can't use RF for a long time, when Ruby flask ends my life and mana start degen. RF is only for short boss fights, in video I used it only on hunger, black star, oshabi, uber exarch and uber eater, first 50 seconds of video. Other bosses with phases were done without RF, same as mapping, TotA, sanctum

@@abhishekbhowmik2791 Mind over matter gives extra survivability, since we don't reserve mana to have enough to spam totems then we can use it to increase our health pool. You can try to skip MoM, use more auras and get more life, but I am 99% sure, that it will not worth it

Hi! did you read what I wrote about mapping? 3:29 It's bossing build, you should avoid mapping with it in general. It's such overkill to have build with 1.7B dps for maps - only bosses. Or freezing pulse, no life reserved and play very carefully

@@user-mo7kp7qp3f ah, I forgot that sublime vision has that mod. Then u have 2 choices: 1. Don't use vitality at all, u still will be able to sustain RF for 5-10 sec which is enough for boss fights without phases. 2. Sell Sublime vision and use herald of ice with arrogance to be on low life as I did (I have more than 100% reduced effect of curses on consecrated ground)

when i summon totems 6-10 times, previous ones die and I get curses from body. Also I get 50% effect of arcane surge if I spent 1000 mana recently

yes, it's viable in 3.23, tattoos were mostly for attributes and some life/mana recovery (but anyway it can sustain RF only with ruby flask for short boss fights, like uber eater/exarch, other bosses were done without RF) We lost enchant for +1 proj and ele pen in boots, but probably can compensate that loss with charms. Nerf to Heatshiver doesn't matter here, because I used Ele Focus anyway, so I couldn't freeze bosses

Mostly on bosses that can be killed without phases, like uber exarch and eater 0:30, 0:42. Spam totems, press flasks, set arcanist brand, cold snap then turn on RF. On bosses like maven or shaper it's hard to use RF because when ruby flask effect ends, RF starts to drain mana and life. Anyway dmg is more than enough to do their phases in 1-2 sec without RF

currently work in progress i have like 30divs left i dont have heatshiver yet(+1 powercharge / fires + ice spear projectile) no tailwind boots yet and cluster jewel 12/12 the other minor ones, waiting for my ashes to be sold atm to get it rolling XD

idk what build are you looking at, but I don't use here heatshiver with +1 power, same as tailwind boots. My boots are just res and dex and implicits for life regen and dmg per endurance. Will be harder to cap res with tailwind boots

blight-ravaged bosses are probably doable but we would still like to see a full blight-ravaged map (uber blight)

I used this build only as bosser, but with that high dmg there should be no difference between t16 blight and blight-ravaged map. With freezing pulse totems it still has 300M dps, that's more than enough I am not planning to make update for this build in 3.23, so there will not be a new video with uber blight probably

Hi! yes, it's possible, but maybe better with Inquisitor and need Lioneye's Vision body instead of Soul Mantle. But imo totems are better for uber bossing, u set them, and can just run to avoid hits, easy win

@@-Anub1S- as I wrote, this high budget version is not for mapping, but u can see clear here 3:29, u don't need 1.7 Billion dps for maps or map bosses/guardians. If u want to farm such content - better make something different with more defenses to avoid deaths from random hits. It's bossing build

@@-Anub1S- 1 billion + def would be a miracle, it's impossible. Even if we drop some dmg nodes and take more life, mana, idk what defenses can be here, no access to 100% suppress (maybe 3 charms + in gloves and boots + new unique jewel, but still can be not enough, and will be harder to cap res), no phys conversion, no high armour/evasion without auras as we use only one with eternal blessing etc. Idk, if invest too much into this - it will be just mediorce totem build with 50-100M dps maybe As for clear - decide by yourself, watch the video, freezing pulse clears well enough. Imo, you want everything in 1 build, but that's not always possible, some builds are just bossers like this. For mapping you can just make some walking sim with 5-10M and it will be enough. Or cwdt wardloop build with 50-100M dps

I made this build (it's expensive) and it has a tremendous damage and I haven't reached level 90 yet, but it's true that it's weak in defense, I think it's better to have mage blood and it improves a lot, I made some modifications to the build and I do more damage!!! and I tested it in a t14 and t16 infested map and the ice spear was more efficient (it's simply devastating). I have not tested it yet with bosses

yes, mageblood gives lot of defenses. But, first of all, it's not a mapping build, nobody needs 1.7B dps for mapping, it's such overkill. This is pure bosser, we don't rly need defenses, when we can oneshot uber bosses and can easily dodge hits of bosses with phases like uber maven. So you definitely making this char with wrong purpose, if u want good mapper - look at something with much lower dmg (30-100M is more than enough), but much higher defenses, like this pathfinder Scourge arrow totems: kzread.info/dash/bejne/go2ImryTf5CeXZM.html . Or just at some autobomber with relaxing playstyle and good clear speed, for example my high budget Elementalist HoT with 64M DPS: kzread.info/dash/bejne/YoSG3MOkZKixhqQ.html

yes, you can, but then you need to remove many unque flasks, so single target dps will be lower, but movement speed, armour or evasion can be much higher with mageblood, so it's good for mapping

yes, ice spear was even buffed, now 40% crit multi from quality of gem. Heatshiver was nerfed, but anyway I didn't use its part for "against frozen enemies", so no changes here

You can league start fp/ice spear totems. Its made of paper and only real defensive layer is freeze but its one of the best budget sanctum/ boss killers for softcore. Can hit 10m dps with very very little investment

1. New quality of ice spear gives 40% crit multi - it's better than 20% cold dmg 2. I used ele focus in this build, so I can't freeze enemies, only 26% chill - no effect from heatshiver nerf at all Something else? If u are not noob - u can use this version to get the idea of items and gems choices, that's why 3.23 in title - because it's completely viable in affliction

this build was 150 div on 4th week of the league, so no. But there is a starter version of it right under the POB which I used before bought upgrades to this

200 div in THIS LEAGUE isn't even that much of a budget, divine purchasing power is kinda low, especially when it comes to unique items, doubly especially with corruptions. Rares are a bit better because a divine with low purchasing power allows for cheaper metacrafting. Sanctum is getting omeganerfed next league, this thing fucking prints money like Zimbabwe in 2008. And it's a bosser through and through. If you want a character that's a bit more multipurpose try EK hiero (cold converting hit-based with nimis) or poison spark pathfinder. These builds can do juiced maps and bosses and function well at a similar budget. TS is good on 1 mirror at least. Before that it loses on both bossing and mapping to waaaaay cheaper builds.

I did the build :v i have spend 90 d and i got 500mil dps i have no clue why its 1bil dps less than your build i did everything you have ;-; the only reason i can think of is that im lvl 90 not 100 but i took all health and defense skills out and im still not able to get the same dps

yes, 10 levels - big difference in dps. Also probably your items and gems are worse if u spent only 90 div. All items for this build cost 205 div (that was 1 month ago, now can be even more)

If you are new player don't ever make this build. It's waste of currency and time. You get one shooted from everything. Hard to level up. It's really hard and expensive to build. And when you are done you can use it eventually just to kill few bosses. I'm really disappointed from wasting my time trying it.

lol, maybe problem in your skill, not build? I mentioned few times in video and description that it's not a mapping build, so if u missed that info, this is a reminder. Can easily lvl up in 5 ways or chayula's rotas, as most people do. I did all uber bosses with this build, I recorded 100 uber exarches in 48 mins, 100 uber eaters in 1 hour, you can check videos on my channel. And with this char I provided 70+ services for no-hit shaper, sirus, exarch, eater. Uber exarch and eater almost always deathless (depends on mods), sirus and shaper 0-2 deaths, mostly on sirus vortexes and random hits.

I think you miss understand the game entirely.. There’s only two types of builds in the game. Boss killer builds - usually glass cannon aka 100mill+ damage with low survivability and high investment Map clearing builds - fast clear speeds take can either kill map bosses and some can’t while most won’t because your going for currency farm. Support builds - make your team tanky/give DPS and survivability/ curse bot Yes you can optimize your map clearing build to do end game bosses but 98% won’t achieve Ubers unless some sort of cheese tactic or high investment(100% phys/ele immune, freeze/stun) granted some builds can push high dps numbers it still won’t match a boss killer build.

They are also blind when I write in video and description that it's not a good mapper, because squishy 3:29 and need to play carefully. Most of them want build with 100M+ dps for 10-30 div and tanky af to facetank all mobs with altars in T16s and even ubers
