Thx @Asmo for another good material! I still remember your Arc mine saboteur which was my first char that took me to red maps (long time ago, in a Heist league). Any chance you could make for us a complete breakdown of some mele build in 3.20 (League Start to End-game), perhaps flicker strike?

About the Atlas, I need to point out that, you should pick up the early heist note on the left which give you Husk whenever you have the first smoggler cache. Huck is giving you 20% more xp and invincible minion tank, and with proper gearing, it gives you extra free aura, run speed, damage. That's right, so if you're heister, you would like to level and gear him first and bring him as much as possible. He's not as profit as Karst, Tibbs tho. Also the right delve note give you +1 max resistance for every sulphur notes, upto 3. very handy for mapping.

@AsmodeusClips I love your videos and this kind of basic guides because you do show and tell, not like the other videos that just talking and not actually showing the guide. Can you also please make a video about how to find all the end game bosses? Mainly bosses to unlock Favored Maps.

Hey Asmodeus, I'm curious if the techniques for Atlas passives (or anything else in this video) has changed much in 3.21 as far as immediately post-Kitava kill priorities? Do you still follow this philosophy for what to target first when starting mapping? I took my time getting to maps in 3.21, and played a couple of alts well into the campaign, and I've just gotten one and about to get a second character to maps, so I'm trying to make a plan. Would appreciate any advice! Thanks for making these videos :)

Great content as always. Would like to see a crafting guide if possible, its just so hard and useless in my opinion and usually very very expansive (way more trouble then its worth and its way cheaper to buy items).

best crafting guide out there imo is the mutli-part series by locohol. very logically laid out, slow paced and easy to understand i thought.

How useless crafting is depends on how much you hate trading. Personally, I hate trading enough that I always play SSF so crafting is actually really useful.

Awesome, appreciate this! Is there a moment during the mapping process where you might just farm xp to level up and find higher tier items? I find I often get to maps and then after a little bit somewhere I hit a wall, and dying is so punishing so like is it better to farm xp in maps that are easy or look at gear? My end goal is just to get to the bosses, don’t even have to be the Uber upgraded ones but so far I can’t get passed some of the red maps I’m finding

You should always think about what is the next upgrade for your character and work toward that. The map tier progress usually goes faster than character progression, so it's totally fine to stay in white or yellow maps and farm some league mechanic for currency - then upgrade your character - and then go into higher tier maps. XP will come naturally by not dying and for that you need to upgrade your character as well ;)

@AsmodeusClips what's the cheapest best build that can do high level content like level 16 red maps and heists. I got a kinetic blast intel stack and I can do red 16 maps most times but I get killed a lot. I am looking to make a cheap build that is fairly strong and tanky.

For mapping, once you have done the first few steps for passives & resistances, would you go for maps that unlock crafting recipes? Like those for 5-6 links?

I just realised I didn't drop a single map. First time that's happened. It's also the first time I've made a 2nd character in one League though do they not drop if you have them already it something?

Is there a altarnative fpr chaos rec for heist? Since i hate doing it

I'd like to know what would you would do with the character now? I just took it into unrolled white maps and it gets trampled even though all res is capped including chaos. I am using armour/evasion/phasing flasks too with bleed/chill/and ignite immunity. Determination is also on. I presume it's because it has 1500 armour and barely any evasion (with most of that from gear anyway). would the rest of the progression be focused on building into one of those defences seen as the damage feels good?

non-PoE player here. Is there an end-game build in PoE that doesn't do crazy rainbow skill effects that cover the whole screen, or does the game really end up looking like old-school MU Online? I really want to try the game, but the light show is really too much for me. hahah

Righteous Fire is fairly visually sober, you just run around tanking everything with an aoe of fire dmg around you, however be ready for half screen still covered in flashy boss moves and ground mechanics to dodge :)

I wouldn't recommend Harvest early, not by my experience with 3.19 Harvest changes. The amount of lifeforce that drops in early maps, without large pack size and sufficient juice is absurdly low. It's pretty decent once you can decently juice T16 maps but its just a terrible for the amount of atlas point investment early. Couldn't agree more with everything else though.

@Nathan Weeks every harvest I did early I was lucky to get a single craft worth. Now they did rebalance the cost, so maybe it's not as bad next time. However, for the amount of points investment, I'm still skeptical it will be worth it.

I played it before and after all the patches, it was made significantly better, but loot in general is a lot more spiky now. so without speccing into harvest at all on the tree you will get some dead drops of barely anything and then a handful of massive ones. speccing into it made it worth it overall and map tier definitely affects the floor and ceiling. This is from an SSF self upgrade perspective btw. It was the easiest way by far to get a +1 sceptre without trade in my case so also its just worth researching if harvest is the easiest craft for that tag on that item because its not a one size fits all solution any more now some options have disappearance obviously regardless of lifeforce amounts

Thanks man Your guides are always honest and precise 3.20 will be my second league, hopefully with archnemesis nerf it'll be a gun league because I absolutely hated getting oneshotted by these mobs this league...

I've noticed you typed "damage taken" in the search far for the vendor to search for the gem. Typing "CWDT" or "cwdt" also works

I killed Kitava, I have my elemental resistances at about +50-60% , I do heist & maps but it feels like nothing good is dropping, whether it be currency or the rare items needed to use the chaos recipe enough to build my currency so I can actually invest in a build, which feels impossible since every build I start to like is either expensive or requires so god level crafting, I know people love games like this but I wish poe had multiple tutorials, one at the beginning, another after you lose to Kitava that’s a bit me in depth and another after you beat Kitava that goes more in depth when it comes to end game content

You’ve killed Kitava. Now it’s time to...... EAT!!!!

This game is realy not for me if I still dont understand what to do after finishing the Act 10 :(

@@atelieredgeproductions731 sorry but all I can say is that you need to get good then, as I and many others don't have that experience.... I'll admit, I sucked like you do when I first started the game, but after learning all of the movements and the fights and getting good at dodging, I rarely ever get one shot anymore......... It's nice to have a challenging game, unlike WOW, where every fight is super easy.

sad how they killed the game so quickly
