Thank you for your videos! You have some great info to share. I got one for you. Is it possible to run a 2x lav kit (Hollyland Lark/DJI Go) as well as a usbc shotgun mic (rode videomic go 2) into the usbc hub system and capture all the audio? Even if a couple of sources share a channel? Also, do you know of any bluetooth controllers that can rock zoom in the Blackmagic Cam App?

If you have an iPhone 15 or 15 Pro, you can plug the Vocaster directly in to the iPhone and then your mic into the Vocaster. Test with Riverside first though as some audio interfaces may not be recognized. If you're just doing solo recording, use the Ferrite app on iPhone to record, and then you can upload that to Riverside for editing!

When recording audio using an external USB lavalier mic into my iPhone 15 pro max (whether using the iPhone’s native video recording app or Filmic Pro 7), my audio gain is always painfully low. No change of settings, in Filmic Pro or any other app, seems to make any difference. I can’t find any information online about what the challenge might be. I see in the Ferrite app Zoom Podtrak P4 shows up but iPhone regular calling app doesn’t see a headphone attached on Zoom P4. I tried the same setup with my iPad Pro and it works fine with VOIP calls (Google Voice, Zoom, MS Teams) and of course it works on my MacBook Pro.
