Bonjour, Pagaille signifie bazar (=it's a mess). La poutine a l'origine vient du Québec. Mais à l'international on dit souvent que c'est un plat canadien car le Canada a un plus forte raisonnance que le Québec. D'ailleurs, tout le monde ne sait pas où se trouve le Québec, ni que c'est une province francophone :) Just some correction of you french writing in your question: 'J'ai quelques questions' | 'Je ne comprends pas ce que le mot 'pagaille' signifie?' :)
