Its great to see Judith back on Easy French! I liked the format of this video, how you said each phrase slowly first and then repeated it quickly, along with a simple dialogue using all the phrases afterwards. I haven't worked on my french in about 6 months but I seem to have retained a lot and was able to understand all of this video. Inspires me to get back to studying again!

To get fluent in a category 1 or category 2 language (in in multiple) such as French and Dutch and Icelandic etc in just a few years, one should load as many thousands of new words as possible into one’s hern, and then rewatch again the next day and two days later and three days later and a week later and two weeks later and three weeks later and one month later and five weeks later and then again two months later and thee months later and five months later and eight months later, and so on, while still learning many hundreds of new words every day, and the repetitions should be on different days (two or three rewatches per session in the first three days, and then one rewatch per session) and they should be rewatched many times over a period of time, until each word can be instantly processed and automatically remembered, as learning each word automatically is the only way to reach true fluency and to make the words permanent, and I highly recommend watching lots of vocab videos with hundreds and thousands of words regularly as well, 2gether with videos that have subs in both English and the target language, and one should definitely focus a lot on vocab and getting most thousands of words learnt in the first year by watching mostly vocab videos and grammar videos and videos with subs in both English and the target language, and then the next year of learning one should also start watching more and more videos with subs only in the target language, tho one should always watch every single video and movie with subs, to get constant passive éxpòsure to the words and sentence structures and to learn many new advanced words and phrases etc in context (which aren’t found in vocab videos etc) to fully develop an automatic mode in the new language or languages, as one normally learns a few new words from each new video once one gets to an advanced level, as vocab videos don’t cover very advanced terms and words that aren’t used a lot, so, I always watch every single random video or movie with subs in the target language, and I try to watch lots of videos on many different topics to get exposure to all sorts of terms that aren’t in vocab videos, and I also memorize lots of lyrics in the target languages, which also helps a lot - when I feel like I need a break from actively learning new vocab, I tend to take a short break, like, one to three days, tho I still watch all entertainment videos and movies with subs in target languages, and always learning new words more passively, because I always watch everything with subs as I always think, if I am going to watch a video or movie, anyway, why not watch it with subs in target languages and learn more new words passively, so always watching everything with subs in target languages is also an amazing learning technique that should be used in combination with spaced repetition and memorizing lyrics and watching all sorts of videos teaching the target languages etc, so I also highly recommend watching everything with subs, including all random entertainment videos and movies that one would watch, anyway, to get constant éxpòsure to the words and languages!

I also highly recommend learning multiple pretty languages at the same time, as it saves many years and it’s also way more fun, for example, for learners of French, I highly recommend learning French 2gether with Icelandic + Norse and Dutch and Norwegian (these four are definitely a must-know for ever learner, as they are the coolest and prettiest languages ever, as pretty / refined / poetic as English, and are way too pretty not to know) and also Breton (it is similar to French in many ways and has lots of loanwords from French, so one will definitely enjoy learning Breton as it’s super pretty, same as Welsh and Cornish and Manx and Irish and Scottish Gaelic, the 6 modern Celtic languages are all super gorgeous with mostly gorgeous words) and Galician and Gothic and Gallo (Gallo is also similar to French, it has really pretty words like avette and lurétte) and Hungarian and Slovene etc, which are also gorgeous and great choices - by the way, if one only learns a few new words at a time, it’s akin to passive learning, so it would take more than a decade for one to get to a native speaker level that way, just as it takes most ppl more than a decade or nearly two decades sometimes to become truly fluent in the first language, as one naturally learns a few new words every day in a passive way, so one only gets to a native speaker level vocab (at least ten thousand base words to over 15.000 words by the time one finishes high school or college, depending on how many eBooks and movies etc one reads and watches, so passive learning itself is a very slow process, but one can get to a native speaker level in just a few years (in category 1 languages and category 2 languages, and possibly in two category 3 languages such as Irish and Scottish Gaelic) by learning many hundreds of new words per day and regularly revising previously learnt words, and even though it may feel like it’s too many words, the hern will process them all until the next day, but one should always be very focused on each word, otherwise one won’t learn anything, so focusing is very important when it comes to actively learning hundreds and thousands of words in one day, and revising the words many times over a longer period of time is equally important, and I sometimes do even full five hour long vocab videos in one go, tho I watch the longer vocab videos on full speed most of the times, so that a ten hour long video is only five hours long and a five hour long video is only 2.5 hours long etc, so, I only watch them once (at the beginning) on normal speed, and after that, on full speed, if the video is longer than thirty minutes!

By the way, my current levels are... - upper intermediate level in Old Norse / Icelandic / German - writer level in English + native speaker level in Spanish - upper advanced level in Dutch + advanced level in Norwegian - intermediate level in Swedish / Portuguese / French / Italian / Welsh - beginner level in Breton / Hungarian / Gothic / Latin / Faroese / Galician / Danish / Slovene - total beginner in Cornish / Manx / Irish / Scottish Gaelic / Aranese / Elfdalian / Gallo / Limburgish / Occitan / Luxembourgish / Catalan / Urkers / Hunsrik / East Norse / Ruhrpöttisch / Alemannic / Ripuarian / Swiss German / Pälzische Deutsch / Austrian German / Waddisch / Palatine German / Westföälsk Sassisk / Austro-Bavarian / PlatDeitsch / Greenlandic Norse / Friulian / Pretarolo / Sardinian / Neapolitan / Sicilian / Venetian / Esperanto / Walloon / Ladin / Guernsey / Norn / Burgundian / Sognamål / West Frisian / North Frisian / East Frisian / Yiddish / Afrikaans / Finnish / Latvian / Estonian etc (and the other languages based on Dutch / German / Norwegian / Italian / French that are referred to as ‘dialects’ but are usually a different language with different spelling etc) (I highly recommend learning French 2gether with Dutch / Icelandic + Norse + Faroese / Norwegian as they are so magical, as pretty / refined / poetic as English, and also Gallo and Breton and Galician etc - all other Germanic and the other pretty languages on my list are also gorgeous, so they are all a great option!)

I only started learning languages on my own about one year ago, by the way, and am learning 15+ languages at the same time, and I have already reached an upper intermediate level in Icelandic (very close to advanced level) and in Norse and German and upper advanced level in Dutch and advanced level in Norwegian and a mid intermediate level in French / Portuguese / Italian / Swedish and an intermediate level in Welsh, so learning as many pretty and easy category 1 and category 2 languages as one can handle at the same time is extremely effective, definitely the most effective way to learn languages, and it saves so many years and decades, especially if one has many target languages, like I do, so I cannot recommend it enough - it may feel a bit overwhelming at times, but it is super efficient and it makes the learning process a lot faster and way more fun! I even started watching videos that have two hardcoded subs already with extra subs in Icelandic and sometimes in Norwegian and sometimes in Dutch, as in these three I am already at a point where I can follow sentences and I can easily learn new extra words used in context, while also learning new words in French and German and Portuguese etc - for example, I watched this video twice with subs in Icelandic, and I also learned some new words in Icelandic, while learning a few new words in French, tho it seems I already knew most French words used in this video, as I am already mid intermediate level in French, so when I know most of the words in a video, it’s even easier to focus more on the newer words, while also revising the words that I already knew! I also started watching Icelandic to Dutch vocab videos with Norwegian subs and Italian to French vocab videos with Portuguese subs etc, so, learning new words in at least three different languages at the same time, like, literally at the same time, so I highly recommend using this method if one is already extremely fluent or at least advanced level in two or three target languages - for example, I am extremely fluent like native speaker level in Spanish, so learning other Latin languages is already twice as easy for me, because most words in Latin languages are obvious cognates and they are usually used with the same meanings, so I don’t need to see each word individually translated, and I am quite advanced level in Dutch as my vocab is close to native speaker level, plus I know over 6.000 words in Norwegian, so now I can use translations to Dutch / Norwegian / Spanish instead of translations to English, and if I come across new words in these three languages, I use Google translate, but there are only a few new words in these these languages in vocab videos, so I don’t have to pause the videos that often!

Judith is in the house. I thought they fired her. Good to see her back.

Thank you for your great work. I often watch your channel to improve my french. I just can't find your 50 verbs conjugaison anymore. It was a very useful movie, so it's a pity if you have deleted or something...
