It’s crazy to hear that even at 63 jenna, a women almost half your age, can feel like an older sister to you. Jenna is truly a timeless spirit. I’m 18 and Jenna and Julien are my biggest inspirations they never had to share their stories but they did and helped me so much as a person and I hope I don’t lose that love and appreciation I have for them. You don't have to have a certain profession or work in a certain field to be considered intelligent or smart.The people working what you have listed study more and longer but that doesn't make them superior,intelligence-wise.Yes,they are capable and know a lot about their field and are good at what they do [in the best case,don't forget all the engineering fails,false diagnosis and treatments by doctors which can cause death,cases lost etc] but they maybe things they're completely clueless and know nothing about.Your job does not define you-if it were so,then what about the lawyers that work as waiters to pay their bills,because they didn't succeed?Intelligence is more than what you do for a living and while Jenna does at times act a bit annoying,use weird voices or does stupid shit to herself[which can cause people to think she's stupid] I don't think she's not intelligent,just likes to fool around a lot. I'm impressed at how much Jenna is still her own person. Being in a relationship can really affect that. I could listen to her talk about anything for days. 🙌

I know this sounds kinda weird but, Jenna is like a mom in a way. I never really had a mom growing up so this podcast really helps me, the things Jenna says and talks about seems like things a mom would say. I just love her so much, she's the most sweetest, most understanding, most open minded person ever, and simple things such as just sitting here and talking with us despite Julien not being here is just so lovely of her to do. ♡

What Jenna understands and describes about grief is so so real. I feel like so many people want to just distract from grief and just get back to happy things. But like Jenna talked about being sad and being not okay for a while and then distracting yourself with some laughter. Getting through grief definitely requires both. I’m so glad that Julien has someone like Jenna to help him through this because I feel like she’s so good at taking care of him when he needs it. Like I’m literally getting emotional about it right now. I hope everyone experiences a relationship similar to Jenna and Julien’s in the way they care for each other and laugh together.

Here in 2020 when Julian is alone while Jenna takes her much deserved time away.

I LOVE THE RELATIONSHIP TALK. This is so very true. I met the man of my dreams about one and a half years back. A gorgeous free spirited hippie man with long curly black hair and an enormous heart. Him being indian and I being swedish. Him being 27 with a lot of experiance when it comes to relationships and friendships. And me being 21, having a history of social isolation, never having looked up from my book or painting canvas. He is a such a dream and we really balance each other out. But it has been a lot of work to get to that stage of harmony and understanding of each other. Time and effort does really pay off. Nothing is perfect and happy all the time and a union take time and effort to make and maintain at peace. Give Julien a hug. We miss him

love you both, really hope julien feels better. he should take as much time as he needs, mental health is so important and i’m very glad he is taking time to take care of himself.

I've been watching Jenna's videos and for 9 years. I started watching when I lived, worked and danced in London, UK. I now live in a small town in Donegal, Ireland and with my young son. I'm fairly sure I'm among the oldest of Jenna's followers. :) There have been some dark times in those years and honestly sometimes just watching Jenna, Julien and the dogs and the fuckery that ensues between this little family group lifts me up. As a psych major who's graduating this may, thank you so much. I have been so anxious and confused because before this video I genuinely thought I was supposed to know basically what I was doing with my whole life. I mean I want to go to graduate school but I was struggling with if I should go right after I graduate or if I should start working/taking internships to see where exactly my passion lies in this field, if it does at all. I love and miss Julian but this was such a great podcast. I'm the oldest of three girls and sometimes I wish I had an older sister to guide me and reassure me about things like this and you definitely nailed it so thank you Jenna ❤️

Been going back and watching old videos recently because I'm feeling separation anxiety from someone who has passively been in my life every week for so long. It has been hitting me way harder than I would have expected to be honest, but she is a familiar face that I have spent thousands of hours watching/listening to over ten years. It feels like losing a friend. I hope she is doing well and that she finds the joy she deserves. Even if she never returns to the internet, she has given so much over the years and she deserves to live her life the way she wants and do what makes her happy. Yesssss the college thing is sooooo true. I graduated in 2017 and always thought I knew what I was doing but after I graduated I was so lost, just like all my other peers. Now I’m working a part time job because apparently full time are rare as hell nowadays for the subject I studied in and it’s so competitive. Now I’m forced to get a masters because right now I’m stuck...finding a good career sucks for our generation

Jenna, I literally love everything about you. Like seriously the way you process things and all of your opinions and just the way you express yourself and communicate is always so PERFECT IT IS UNREAL. You are just so educated and aware and it is refreshing as hell! You have this perfect balance of going with the flow and having such an open mind while also having standards and beliefs. I have been watching you since I was a young teenager and over the years you have really contributed to my personality and molded the idea I now have of myself. You taught me how to turn any bad day into one to laugh about, how to be okay with not over stressing or caring about things that so many other people do, and that it's okay to not know what you're doing in life and yet still be really good at living. I am thankful every day for the fact that you found Julien and that he found you, you guys compliment each other beautifully and I can literally feel the love you guys share when I watch your videos. It's so crazy to think that people I've never even met can be my rock and feel like home on any given day. I love ya'll so much and wish you guys all the happiness in the world bb.

Same! They taught me what a healthy relationship looks like, Jenna taught me how to be happy alone and priorities as well as making me laugh for years ♡ Jenna 4ever. I wish I had an archive of all of her vids for my someday kids.

I vibed with everything Jenna said in this video hardcore. I'm so glad she did this podcast. I actually cried while she was answering the "favorite parts of Julien" question😂😭 their relationship is so beautiful❤

I think its such a testimony to Jenna and Julien as a couple, and also to how they treat us as their audience, that this in no way felt like Julien was missing. It had that same vibe of like when your a kid and your parents are fighting or something, and that makes you sad, but you turn to your sister and tell her a joke, and like, she's still sad, and so are you, but yous are now both laughing, and you feel a bit of light in the room. maybe your parents feel it too. I hope that made sense. I'm just so grateful for every time Jenna and Julien have been there for me when I've needed them, so the least I can do is return the favour and just send as much love as possible to Julien and to Jenna!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

watching this in 2020 (enough said) but I just wanted to say that this podcast is really helpful. It is overall a positive video, but it's also thoughtful and intelligent. I just wanted to say thanks to both Jenna and Julian. I've been watching you both (Jenna especially) for a long while now and I just appreciate how true to yourselves you both are. This video was really reassuring to watch right now. Thanks :)

I’ve been slowly making my way through the podcast over the last few years and have gotten to a point where I just rewatch the same two episodes because I need something familiar. This episode popped up in recommended today and I decided to step out if “familiar” and watch something I haven’t seen yet. Im crying. All of this, from the college experiences, to “you’ll find someone who actually appreciates how much you like them”, just felt so real and heartfelt. It feels like my mentor sat me down and gave me the “life sucks, but you’ve got this” talk. As a 20something who’s fresh out of college, burnt out, and completely lost, this whole episode was everything I needed to hear. Thank you jenna. I hope you’re leisuring it up and making the difference you want to make in the world

Wow, Jenna, the way you just do your thing and be yourself is so admirable. I so understood the growing up thing; I'm turning 30 this year (oh mah gawd!) and I find the biggest thing is just dealing with the expectations of my family as to where I should be at this point in my life. It's a rough thing! You should get involved in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Programme over there, you'd be an incredible mentor to a young girl! Also, you should take a look at the Cats and Dogs expansion of Sims 4 because you can make Iggy's! :D

Im having a hard day and I really needed my aunt Jenna, its nice to be able to come back a listen to this

I put this podcast on to listen to while I try to sleep, I replayed it every time I woke up (3 times), and then when I just couldn’t even try and sleep (it’s 4 am now) I just decided to play it again and actually listen to it fully and pay attention and now I made it to the end and gonna drink and energy drink even though it’s only 5 am 😂 thanks Jenna for keeping me company throughout a sleepless night. Hope you’re doing well, and staying happy and healthy and laughing yo ass off!

This is so crazy!! I went to the same high school and had the same social studies teacher as you only I graduated in 2014 lol. Mario's closed down recently because they want to put a whole foods in there and country sweet is still banging as heck. I remember my social studies teacher telling our class about you. He's a fan and watches your videos...so there's that lol

This is the 3rd time I watch this podcast from start to end. It heals me psychologically, I've been in an awful stressful state lately and I it helps to listen and re-listen to Jenna. Her words are so logical and can really help. Thank you, mommy, for helping me!

Hearing Jenna's words in this really pushed me through a dark time in my life. it's funny how much power we actually have over ourselves, even when we are feeling completely hopeless. i sat down to watch the new podcast 10 months ago, listening to the entire thing while i drew and took in the words. once it was over, i got up, changed my clothes, and walked down to a local shop and applied for a job. I got hired the same day and ever since then I've found a lot of hope, more then i could ever ask for. I've found something i love to do and feel like i get a small piece of laughing for a living. Thank you Jenna, you're someone I've watched grow and have grown with. I don't know if my life would look the same if i didn't listen to this particular cast, i'm extremely grateful i did. i cannot say the fire segue ways went unmissed. Thank you again.
