Most times, you get maturity and leadership in experience. So they are almost the same thing. Poch is spot on, on that.

We should back are team they are young but are and will get better, need a experienced defender as tiago is to old now ,and maybe a striker but Jackson and nunkuku when fit will be good ,and palmer is on fire. Trust and support are Chelsea 💙💙💯

The majority of them have just been promoted into their senior national team. we need patience and encouraging the players more than throwing insults to them and coaching panel . The players have been together only this season. They will cook and give us vibes

IMO all we need for next season would be: 1 experienced CB with pace. So we can play a higher line. 1 young CB to develop. 1 Fullback for the bench who can play both sides but mostly for LB. So we can sell either Cucurella or Chillwell. 1 experienced DM/CM(to replace Gallagher). If Conor is not a starter anymore then we cant afford to pay him +150k/week. If he excepts smt like 120k/week plus boni related to how many games he plays he could stay as a bench rotational player. And 1 proven Elite Goalscorer. I would prefer Toney. Try sell Sterling so Jackson can play either Upfront or on the wings in Rotation.

This team is actually not bad we saw that in pre season and earlier in the season, we were just really shit at finishing. Our midfield and defence was decent especially with progressing the ball. I think a better coach gets this team playing way better while winning. Poch also tends to repeat mistakes alot

Chelsea doesn't really need a new striker. what Chelsea need is, a good winger on the left to compete with Mudryk, a good central defender, if Varane was to leave man u on a free, at 30 years not a bad player to sign, he's still one of the top defenders in Europe, a good goalkeeper to partner with petrovic, retain Santos for next season, loan out ugochwukwu, retain Angelo for next season, move Palmer to the number 10 position, so Noni or Angelo can play from the right wing, then Nkunku and Jackson as the main strikers for next season with fofana as their back up. Sell Sterling off with immediate effect the same goes for Sanchez. We are sorted for next season. We don't need to spend 100s of millions again to get players we already have.

Nothing wrong with the model in terms of buyin young players but the 'lack of experience' excuse is a cop out for those people who try fooling others into thinking they know ball when in fact its the opposite. It's not 2015 and before anymore, the game has changed and is 100x more tactical and technical than its ever been. Arteta's Arsenal going toe 2 toe with City for the league in back to back seasons has an average squad age 1 year and a half older than ours. The difference is you can see from how his team plays football that he is tactically superior in every way to Poch and thats the difference. A top manager gets his team to play how he wants them to play regardless of injuires, age and other excuses. Poch is tactically awful not even average, he's just not good enough for this club and he needs to go or next year is a write off too.

But we already have enough experience in Sterling, Chilwell, Silva, James, Chalobah, Nkunku plus the manager himself, what is this clueless manager talking about, he needs to go end of this season.

''Experience'' is just another buzzword used to accept Pochettino being a tactical moron. No experience will solve Caicedo/Enzo playing 100 meters away from each other. No experience will solve our shit rest defence tactics of 3-1-6 instead of 3-2-5. No experience will solve the lack of structure and holes all over the pitch. No experience will solve Pochettino mismanaging and misprofiling Enzo, Colwill and the million other examples within the squad. Sterling, Chilwell & Thiago Silva are all ''experienced'', yet they're arguably the worst players at the club whilst Cole Palmer (1st full season) and Malo Gusto (2nd full season) are among our best. How much of that is down to the manager who knows. I said long ago that we should not buy anyone over £50m especially given recent screw ups over high cost players.
