I'm from Hong Kong and it's very nice to see so many other countries enjoy stuff like tripe, stomach, liver ect. but obviously cooked a bit differently but still looks absolutely delicious!

here in croatia we have it too, called tripice :) usually made of lamb tripe and with some onion and tomato sauce

I lost it at "not so much of a poop chute flavor"

This is the only episode I’ve seen where Andrew never shakes his head in disbelief on how good the food is

I'm so fascinated of Greek food I don't know very much about it but just their culture

You should try it! Greek food is delicious and flavorful, with lots of garlic and herbs. You might want to start with a gyro sandwich. It has a mixture of beef and lamb that's roasted on a spit. A pita bread is topped with slices of the meat, tomatoes, onions, feta cheese, and zatziki sauce (made with chopped cucumbers, yogurt and some seasonings). Something that I like to do when I try a new type of food is order an appetizer platter. You get to try several things at once that way.

That first dish, the cow tripe. We have a dish just like that here in new Mexico, it's called ménudo and it's good for the cruda(hangover)

I’d like to try Menudo one day. I’m from North Dakota and Native American, tripe soup is definitely a delicacy.

I love the s*** out of menudo. But I got to have it with a lot of lemon juice and a lot of salt. And I don't like oregano I just use chop cilantro and onions. And a side of Monterey Jack sticks wrapped with corn tortillas you dip it in menudo and take a bite at the same time it's incredible

@@dannygreen5477 Nobody throws away the meat. That's a stupid comment. Good dishes can be made with the brains, liver, kidneys, etc. Intestines can be used to make sausages, which I'm sure you've eaten. A lot of this stuff ends up in sausages, anyway, and no one seems to be complaining.

It's only in the USA of the last few decades that they have developed a distaste of it. Everybody around the world ate tripe and organs. Even in the USA of the 19th century.

In Mexico....We call this "MENUDO" - Cow Stomach with feet in it.....oh sooo good!!! hangover food for sure!!!

The octopus ink sac is very delicious when you cook it and my best recipe are seafoods

it sucks, some of the best tasting menudo ive had smells like the bottom of a trashcan. it makes people steer clear but its a delicious soup

Reminds me of the mad swedish chef. He has strange concoctions in every pot.

Puerto Rico has the same soup. Similar name. Mixed at times with pig feet. It will take the drunk out of you but cooking it smells like crap!
