Nice. How about a video on updating the software on the PMX-HD14. I’ve tried a number of times. The radio doesn’t recognize the files. Do I extract the folder to the usb or just the files? Or do I download the first software update and then the second update?

@abdulmateen19 The Quick Start Guide for PMX-HD14 is available below with Software Updates at timecode 0:47. Only raw files should be on the USB drive (no folders) and can be updated all at once (multi-file update). I have added these notes to the software download page since I missed it before, so I appreciate your feedback about clarifying this.
