Ray, thank you so much for all your help! I took the PMP exam yesterday and I passed with "Above Target" on all domains. I spent the last week watching all your videos (and purchased your Udemy mock exams) and can definitely attest that your preparation methods are spot on! Please help me with Q1. It is mentioned in Agile Practise guide that "Standups are for realizing there are problems-not for solving them. Add the issues to a parking lot, and then create another meeting, which might be right after the standup, and solve problems there. " But choice b says "effective way to fix dashboard". Isnt that contradictory?

Hi Meena, yes...you are right that issues are not 'fixed' within the daily-stand-ups...however, there is no harm/no mandate that stops you discussing any immediate work-around that might be taken. Please note that the APG is based on 'principles' and not 'rules'. While leading a virtual team, if your primary means of interaction with your team members fail...nothing is more important than defining a mitigation at the earliest. Also when you evaluate option B with A,C and D...it is the best choice.

Hi Ray, As Pmi officially announced that PMBOK 6 is sunsetting, plz explain will affect preparation based on the current joined courses/simulators, I know the exam is not based on PMBOK but on ECO, but joined online courses only source of material for me,, please explain.

Hi Nitin, PMI has never officially announced that PMBOK-6 is 'sunsetting'. Whatever you hear over social media are comments without proper research. 50% of the exam is still on 'waterfall' and hence it's logically not possible to 'sunset' PMBOK-6. The change in CAPM exam will be from October 2022 right ? For now it is still PMBOK 6th edition right

Hello, there is no confiemd news from PMI that the CAPM exam is changing in Oct-22. Hence it is and will still be based on PMBOK-6.

Sir as it is been said that we can appear for CAPM exam 3 times in a year. So is like if I pay once the exam fees and can attend 3 times exam or i will have to pay 3 time separately for 3 exams ? Your response will be really valuable

Hello. You need to pay separately for each attempt :) So try your best to pass the first time itself.

Hi Ray, I like your coaching style. I have completed 35 hours of mandatory training from simply learn. And I will finish my application this week. I have brought your mock simulator from udemy. Have not opened it yet. What I would like is you going over all the questions with deep explanation like this in a video format. Could you suggest me any of your courses like this? More from exam preparation and solidifying concepts, before I begin your mock simulator?

Hi, that's a great idea. Will definitely explore it. For now, why don't you go over the entire situational Q's playlist on KZread? It will give you some perspective. Also, when you start solving Q&As from my Udemy simulator, please go through the answers & explanations as well. They are quite detailed to help you understand your knowledge gaps.

@@PMPwithRay Thanks, Will start set 2 - As I have learned from you its not about scores. I'll create a errot log after each set and analyze and grow. Wish me luck. Will use these tests as a feedback mechanisim to polish my skills

Question 3: "Definition of ready" is made up. Its "Definition of done" as per PMBOK. This actually creates confusion while selecting the options. Any suggestion on this?
