Hey Doc you are doing a good job and soon you will get many more bloggers. If I am in Jamaica which hospital or practice you worked at. I need some local cleanse. Tired of taking tablets for diabetic, high BP and high Cholestoral. I would like for you to recommend some local plant based medicines or cleanse

Thank you. I'm sorry but I don't give out that type of information. I don't advise on natural remedies because I'm not trained in such. I will say lifestyle modification like diet and exercise does help.
