A sink and a dishwasher, together!? Mind blown. Be sure to click the link if you are interested in @FOTILEAmerica ’s 2-in-1 In Sink Dishwasher SD2F-P3: bit.ly/3zN96aM
I spent last episode showing you how there were a few things I needed to tackle to truly complete the renovation phase of my trailer tiny house. It is time to enter into designing which means BACK TO BUILDING! The pretty thangs, yay. Today we are focusing on DIY’ing a kitchen sink cabinet (for the first time), very basic beginning plumbing and adding some decor so you can see where the aesthetic is headed for the kitchen. Not to mention I DIY'ed this for less than $500 all together when I got quoted $18,000 for JUST plumbing.

Rachel, once again, you nailed it, I love how the sink cabinet turned out and with a dishwasher, come on 😅 you can't ask for more💪👏😍
I love the way your brain works! The window sill ledge, the rope on the pole, the cookbooks- all those little details just give the space so much unique character and shows that everything to the little last detail has been carefully considered. Just so beautiful!

Once you got the stain on (and the rope) BAM...super cute cabinet...I love how your brain works...good job girl/plumber...!
You're not just artistic; you're mechanical, as well. Wow!
The scene with your dog is the cutest moment. ❤😊
I'm so genuinely obsessed with all the texture you've been using since the move, it reminds me of all the things that made farmhouse cool, except what you're doing is so fresh & interesting & new. its not totally rustic, but it doesn't shy away from natural textures at all. I love it

So freakin cool Raaaachelle!!!! Whoever pops off at da mouth before a video is finished second guessing what you're doing obviously doesn't understand the insanity that's going on in your brain till da end!! I think the tile will be fine. Not like grown adults will be splashing water out of the sink every second of the day. Hoping all is well SuperCat, Dirty Jersey out!!!
That window sill is incredible. I can’t believe I’m so obsessed with such a little detail. Lol.

Thanks 😊 this has helped me alot, as I was quoted $3000 for the sink/bench unit for a kitchen project and was thinking there must be another way! 🎉
I’m going to re plumb my whole house in pex this will prevent future problems also fewer joints and possible areas to leak. I’ve been quoted a price a whole lot cheaper than what you were and not much more than you spent. I’m so excited. I love watching you do this reno it’s so fun to see your triumphs large and small. You go girl in case you’re planning more countertop epoxy work amazon sells epoxy resin tape it’s worth it I just used it on my top for my coffee bar.

So I hear you're the best plumber in Joshua Tree 😁 Seriously, hats off! I needed my kitchen relocated, but all I did was get my Dad to do it for me - I didn't even think of attempting it. The sink is gorgeous by the way, love the rustic/lived in style of it. It looks like it has history, and those are my favourite kind of pieces.

So badass! I re-plumbed the camper I live in 2021 when I couldn’t get anyone to come out and redo it. After learning on KZread, getting a PEX kit on Amazon as well as some fitting at the hardware store, I redid all the camper lines by myself! It was so satisfying and empowering to fix something big like that! And now I have the confidence that I can do it again whatever my next home will be. I am currently turning 2 sheds into rentals so I’ll be putting my plumbing skills to the test again.
