I am in recovery from an eating disorder but if you keep pushing forward and rely on God you can get out of this hole that seems so deep. I'm forty four and in the same situation. The only differences now I have to relocate back to california after serving in taiwan for twenty years That's a huge thing. I'll be staying with my aunt and uncle apparently people need to make sixty thousand a year to live there On all the years I taught in taiwan I lived on twenty five thousand a year even less than that. It's not impossible to live in california but I don't know how americans live there I was born in raised in california left when I was twenty. The homelessness is through the roof and I wonder why our government can't solve the problem. Maybe they just don't want you?

About 6 weeks ago sitting in Church and listening to my Pastor preach. The only phrase that kept coming to my mind was " I am beautifully broken and gracefully restored" Thank you Plumb for bringing it too life through worship. Surely my Pastor was stunned as I walked out and gave him a hug and repeated that same phrase. Now I know God was speaking to me and this song is confirmation. God Bless you Plumb.

It was very beautiful! In the midst of my storms God was reminding me through the Holy Spirit! I just could not get that phrase out of my head. The best part about it was the whole time that I was thinking how broken I was, he just kept telling me " Beautifully Broken, Gracefully Restored". God is Great!

Even in a million scars God made me whole again and that scars is the reminder of how I am beautifully broken.

Although a nice tune its unfortunately not a great song. The chorus says "you are worthy"? Terrible writing. Are we worthy? I put the question to you to please tell me how we are worthy? Instead of turning our eyes to Jesus this song is humanistic and self-centered. Compare it to the Psalms and you'll see how far short it falls.

That is incorrect. We are still not worthy. The Bible never says it. I see true Christians saying "I am not worthy of the least of your mercies" and at the end of it all together we will say "THOU art worthy". He must increase and we decrease. I understand you could listen to this song and know that truth but its still poor writing and just arrogant.

Beautiful song. It hits hard. It hits deep. I've so wanted to just quit this life many times between 16 and now. I tried at 16 years old to take my life. And grateful now that I didn't succeed. Fast forward, God gave me two beautiful girls years later and a precious granddaughter that many women nowadays would have aborted or gave up on. She was born at 25 weeks and has one of the strongest personalities I've ever seen. Healthy and happy. I'm grateful for her everyday. She is gonna outshine alot of us. So don't just give up because ya never know what beautiful things life has in-store for you.

We were never meant to carry burdens our strength was never intended or capable of carrying. This is why God's grace is sufficient for all of us. His yoke is easy he is strong enough to continue to carry the burden of man's hurts and challenges and still have all the time ever to love and to grow you.

Know that you are loved by others and that God is always with you. When I found out that I had cancer my 1st thought was, Please tell me that you have the wrong person or the wrong diagnosis. Within a few more minutes of talking to them I knew, they got the right diagnosis and the right person. So my 2nd thought was, OK God how do WE get through this together? I put my faith in God completely for whatever happened. And I survived cancer(and it is one of the most aggressive forms of cancer a person can get), but I’ve also survived a stroke and a blood bacteria too. I’m still alive by the grace of God. Every single day is a gift from God. Thank God for every day of your life.

Everyone deserves loves even if you have to allow the love to flow into you so you can give what you recieved back to the world.

I suffer from cyclothemia and depression. But God showed me that he loves me and that I'm not a disappointment. He showed me his love. I stand as a testimony of God's love and forgiveness. I'm broken and I'm healing but I am his and he is mine. Thank u for ur songs Plumb. It truly builds my faith even more

This song gave me hope during this time in my life because i just lost my favorite horse at the barn i ride at. She was more than a horse she was my best friend, my rock on earth, she was my glimpse of Heaven. She was my helper and my joy. She helped me through the trials in my life. I am thankful god put me and her in each others lives. I was her favorite because every time she saw me at her stall she came trotting in. (She lived in the barn because of her age)

Amen! God does restore each if us in our brokenness. Praise Him!
