आपका जितना भी बीडीओ देखा अपने अभी तक किसी भी बीडीओ में ग्राउंड बीम का नहीं बताए है जबकि पहले ग्राउंड बीम फिर प्लिंथ बीम फिर डीपीसी होना चाहिए

If ground level and plinth level difference more than 4 ft then ground beam also provide

@@kuntalbanerjee8034 4feet difference is always there because 2 feet down from any ground level we start the foundation brick work and minimum 2 feet above from the ground level so minimum 4 feet is always there, so in that condition we need to provide both beam?
