CPC full form is central processing centre . CPC is nothing but PLI/Rpli branch in all Head post offices where new Pli/Rpli proposals will be processed , bond generated, pass book issued, maturity claims , surrender claims, death claims processed and claims sanctioned to public. Nomination changes, address changes will be executed based on requests from public Hope this helps.

Gospel ji To closure of insurance policy (withdraw money) after 3 years without waiting for maturity date. Actually surrender will entail loss to insurant and many at times , they may get even less than the total premium amount that they have paid . So, customers should be advised to take loan instead of surrender ( if eligible).

Yes correct. As per latest rules, suicide Claim cases will be paid after 1 year like normal cases. If suicide is below one year 80% of premium paid or surrender value which ever is higher will be paid. 👍

Sir, a person insured PLI-EA today. If that person died the next day then, maturity amount is claimed or not ?

Uma ji Claim of a Policy will always be settled or sanctioned only from the date of acceptance. In the instance case, if it is accepted, the claim can be paid on the next day also.

Visal ji Sum assured 5 Lakhs will be paid . It will be paid after enquiry as the claim case is less than 3 years case( from date of opening) . In case of non-medical cases of Rpli, some amount will be restricted as I mentioned in the video. Check it again

Proportionate bonus or reduced bonus means whenever a surrender is made bonus will be paid after 5 years of payment of premium. That bonus will be paid in proportion for the completed years wrt total number years to be paid. Don’t go deep into it. You get perplexed 🤔. This much is enough as computer does the rest of the calculation job generally.

It becomes early claim and needs inquiry by competent Authority. If the premium is paid regularly and not lapsed , sum assured+ accrued bonus( for 2 years) will be given.

If the claim is without nomination, above 3 lakhs-competent authority is DPS. only point you have to understand is CPMG is competent to waive Sucession certificate only when there is no nomination for less than ₹3 Lakhs sum assured. For more than ₹3 lakhs cases without nomination, sucession ceritfcate is compulsory. Once the claimant submits sucession certificate for more than ₹3 lakhs claim case, it will be processed under usual course. The usual course is: less than 3 years-case -DPS is competent more than 3 years case --Postmaster up to ₹20 Lakhs SA and DH for more than ₹20 Lakhs SA.

ji I am not owner of success guide . Many have this doubt on suvidha policy . But, Please check 58 page in physical and page 68 in pdf of SANKALAN which is issued by Department of Posts recently with all rules of PLI AND RPLI . According to it, CWLA age is 50 only.
