No ji Latest one is ₹6500. In website it’s updated in one location and they have forgot to update in the other location. I have emailed Cept to update but it’s not done 😟 It’s updated here: www.indiapost.gov.in/MBE/Pages/Content/COD.aspx You might have seen in another location here: www.indiapost.gov.in/MBE/Pages/Content/-Business-Solution-SP.aspx I have seen the order copy of DoP and they have reduced the price to match the industry practice price. There is change in registration fee of ₹17. But, there is GST of 18% on the total postage. (Maybe, you are thinking ₹17+₹4 GST =₹21 .) But the calculation goes like this postage for 20 grams envelope is ₹5 and registration charges are ₹17 and GST is 18% of (₹5+₹17)=3.96. Total comes to ₹5+₹17+₹4=₹26. This calculation changes to ₹32 if it’s 40 grams and so on. We should not worry about GST. We should remember the base fare of ₹17 as registration only. GST will on the total fare I.e., postage+registration So we should understand GST is separate and its percentage also may change in future. Remember ₹17+ GST as registration fee; that would be ideal 🙂
