Pleasanton boyfriend guilty in grisly killing of law student
An Alameda County jury on Monday found a Pleasanton boyfriend guilty of second-degree murder after dismembering his fiance and disposing of her body on an Alameda shoreline.

I think you need to give the news a break brother.
The best you could come up with is second degree? That means he’ll be out in like 5 years. If it was first degree, it would be 10 years and back on the streets. Seriously, this guy should never walk the streets again, but we all know in CA that doesn’t happen.
