PLC Ladder Logic programing using Festo FluidSim

This ladder logic programming tutorial explains how to design pneumatic circuit and PLC ladder logic program for the automated process transferring boxes one conveyor to another at different height levels.
🌐⭕🔹The given automated process as follows🔹⭕🌐
✅Boxes that are coming through the bottom conveyor are stopped by cylinder 3A, at that position, the boxes are detecting by the proximity sensor B6, then cylinder
✅3A is retracted and the gate is opened, allowing the box to come onto the lifting tray. The condition to open the gate is that the box should be at the gate, which is detected by B6 sensor, and the lifting cylinder should be in the retract position, which means the 1B1 reed switch should be high. Another condition is that the box should not be on the lifting tray, that means B5 sensor signal should be low.
✅After entering the box into the lifting tray that is detected by the B5 proximity sensor and stopping cylinder 3A, the cylinder extends and stops releasing the next box until the taken box passes to the upper conveyor.
✅ The cylinder 1A extends and lifts the box to the upper position. The condition to extend the 1A lifting cylinder is that the box should be on the tray that is detected by the B5 sensor signal, and the other condition is that the stopper cylinder should be in an extended position.
✅When the box reaches the upper position, it is pushing to the upper conveyor by extending 2A cylinder, The condition to extend the 2A cylinder is that the lifting cylinder should be in the upper position and the pushing task completed memory should be in low.
✅Then pushing cylinder 2A backwards, the condition to backward the pushing cylinder is 2A cylinder should be in an extended position that is detected by the 2B2 reed switch.
✅Then lifting cylinder 1A is retracting; the condition to retract the cylinder is pushing cylinder should be in retract position, which means the 2B1 sensor signal should be high and the task completed memory should be high.
✅When the lifting cylinder reaches its retract position, the task completed memory clears, and then the machine is ready for the next cycle.
