You have to tell me more about your speaker set up. I somehow messed up both speakers on my display (loud crackling sound) so playing my ps3 or hooking up my pc to it is a no go and when I play my ps4 on it I have to have all my audio coming through my headphones (chat/game). What kind of speakers do I need to buy that will work for the audio IN inputs on the 3d display? thanks

My 3d button doesn't respond most of the time and I can't switch between 3d modes. I'm using it as a monitor. Are their any drivers that I need to install?

I know I'm extremely late to the party but I don't care. My 3d monitor is still going. I wanted to say thank you for the suggestion for using the remote to control the monitor. I had done that before but forgotten about it.

Also remember that with some games you have to turn on the 3D mode from the actual game's options. Last the PS3 3D Display will not work with "passive" 3D glasses (like the polarized one's from the movie theatre). It will only work with the active shutter type. Last when everything else is set, try hitting the 3D mode button on the monitor itself switching is from Auto, to Side by side, to top to bottom and back again. Let me know if this helped.

Hey I'm at a buddy's house and his tv is 3d and mine is not if I hook it back up to my ps3 will it still say the 3d message ?

Well it depends on if you a trying to play a 3D game or watch a 3D movie. As for the glasses they charge at the top with a micro USB cable but there is also a on off switch on the inside of the glasses frame on the right side. Make sure it's on. Last there is a power/sync button on the top you can press and when activated you can see a red light on the glasses come on for a bit. On the PSN they have both 3D games and movie demos you can download if you need to test things.

As for now the display works fine and I'm pleased but what are the 9 red lights on the lower right for? Does your display shoe them lite?

Sheesh this video is so old. I do remember the audio isn’t great for that monitor and I never bothered so I’m not much help there. It was a great device for its time though.

In the TV's menu, I can see a "Screen" setting there next to "Picture." What is that for? and also that last "Settings"

Not sure what's wrong with my configuration with this monitor. I'm see two images with the glasses on. It's like the oem Sony glasses aren't paired correctly.

I decided to fire mine up again, and it's bizarre, the menus are the only thing displaying in 3D. I have no idea how to fix this.

I like everyone else had many doubts about this display, but i decided to get it and its totally worth it, the 3D is amazing its better than my friend's 60in Samsung 3D smart tv, it might be small but for a room or office its more than perfect i love it works great as a pc monitor too :D :D very very glad i bought it :D

I got it for $179.99. I use it on my Xbox 360 and the 3D is amazing. So far I've played black ops and Halo Anniversary in 3D. In Black ops 3D is usable in all game types and it really takes online gaming and zombies to a whole new level. It's awesome. But, by far, the 3D in Halo CE Anniversary is way better. It's awesome experiencing the CE campaign in 3D. This is the first day having the monitor, so I don't have any of my own settings tricks yet. But I'm loving both the 3D and 2D quality.

@StickUSA of course. When it is set to 3D-Auto the 3D doesn't kick in until its gets a signal from either a video or game. If that weren't the cause I wouldn't even be able to shoot this video with you seeing a blurry picture. So yes it's normal beautiful 2D until you need 3D.

@mrtrainboy 1. The Graphics will look just as Amazing as with any "High End" LED Monitor. Ghosting is a 3D issue not with the 2D. Minimize ghosting by adjusting your brightness/contrast settings of the monitor. Another way to rid of ghosting is by the "depth" of 3D option that comes in the settings of certain games. So it's a toggle between monitor settings and in game brightness and 3D settings. It also varies from game to game. Some games have absolutely no ghosting at all.

Best way I can explain ghosting is if you see a character/object in a game/movie, you kind of see a translucent double of the object. Like a see-through shadow so to speak. Ghosting is normally bad in dark areas of a game/movie where there are very rich blacks being displayed onscreen.

Hello there, I set my ps3 to display 3D and it automatically detects hdmi... 46'' 1080p even for 3D... AND 60 hz... However when I play let's say Avatar in 3D I noticed that the refresh rate displayed is 24 hz!!! Which is slower as far as I understand. My tv is a samsung Led C7000, but 3d during fast scenes could be a bit slow... or ghosting... Is there something that I could do?? I have to add that my ps3 belongs to first the generations of BD players so it burned and was replaced... :-/

i have my monitor set like this custom backlight: 10 Brightness: 45 Contrast: 50 Color: 50 Hue: 0 Sharpness: max 15 Color Temperature: cool yea the picture is slightly dark but the color is alot more vibrant and the max out sharpness is perfect to watch blue ray movie or other videos like netflix. as for game i like my games as sharp as possible but if you dont like the sharpness can always lower it down, as for lowered brightness, the original tv settings make the games beyond to bright. i prefer to play my games in dark. mostly horror games which is meant to be play in dark settings. before this monitor came out i have my Full range RGB settings set to full make the game look darker more colorfull and alot sharper image. can always give this settings a try

You can use pretty much any active shutter glasses unless they're RF. Samsung active shutter glasses are a little less expensive and you can find them anywhere it may take care of the "sunglasses" problem... I have yet to try it out, so if you do let me know how it works for you.
