West Brom deserved nothing from that game, and while Gayle probably shouldn’t have gotten the first yellow he should’ve been booked for diving too much. Also I laughed so hard when he tried to stand toe to toe with Mings, someone behind me said “get yer stepladder you midget!”

Luke Philpotts I guess, I would’ve booked him at a different time to when the ref did. I get he was fed up but once Gayle got the ball he spent 2-3 minutes rolling it in his shirt, but when the ref booked him he was just walking to the ball slowly. Either way glad he was sent off

Andrew James you’re forgetting which team had 21 shots, while the other committed 14 fouls. Yes West Brom defended well but they attacked poorly, with 5 shots and 2 on target. I’m guessing you didn’t watch the game lol. You’re just as bad as all those scummy West Brom fans

@Andrew James completely agree with you about the referee. Utterly biased. How Gayle wasn't sent off earlier is a complete mystery. How several WBA players weren't booked in the 1st half is a complete mystery. Still, despite the refs best efforts the best and more noble team won on the day. Villa were nowhere near their best but were still comfortably the better team. Thankfully Albions anti football wasn't rewarded

That's some of the best filming I've seen for the goals mate, well in. Was genuinely celebrating in my living room, not even a supporter but so want u up. Just about deserved to win, WBA only pounced on a mistake.

Villa fan here have lived in spain for 16 years now. Its been pain full watching for a long time now. But at least under smith we play good football. Found this channel a month or so ago and it brings me back to going every week and how much i miss the atmosphere. Anyway thanks for bringing it into my home 2000 miles away. Keep up the good work.

Monsiur Snowman 😂 we both know that's not true, don't we? Every goal kick, every throw, even in the first half WBA were taking too long. Why do you think Gayle got booked in the first place? Also, the only person on the deck all game was Gayle. And no surprise. He's got previous bans for diving. What else can you expect. Enjoy the championship!

Happy to gain an advantage, but not counting our chickens yet. With the comebacks we saw with Liverpool and Spurs, minus their top strikers, and we have a slender lead, it would be foolish to think otherwise. Grealish once again showed his quality. Pushing the Albion line deep into their box and and then dishing it out for Conor in space to give us the moment of inspiration we were lacking until that point, and showing why he should have started. Would be harsh to blame Whelan for that opening goal. I think Mings and Tuanzebe were much too seperated and would have closed down the space sooner, had they not have been. All in all a good result and a reasonable performance. Let's finish off the second half. UTV

Bloxwich Lions, better believe it.... Great atmosphere today at Villa Park. Though we didn't play great we got the 1st half of the job done.
