Playing With My Selves - Jig of Slurs, Atholl Highlanders

Музыка

My clones are back! The lot of me got together to do another video, which I think turned out nicely. It's a set of my long-time favourite tunes, a jig called the "Jig of Slurs" by George McLennan and a march called the "Atholl Highlanders", both from Scotland.
On the far left is me, on concertina.
In the middle left is me, on harmonica.
In the middle right is me, on bouzouki.
And on the far right is me, on guitar.
Comments are welcome!

Mind yourself lest the internal conflicts will tear your band apart. ;-) Good stuff!

Good man. You’re the best reference I could find to get a good idea of how to busk this on guitar with my son who plays the fiddle. Ten out of ten!

Fun video! Jig o' Slurs is actually a Scottish pipe tune by George ‘G.S’ McLennan. Legend has it that it was composed as an exercise for practising the "slur", a kind of grace note on the Scottish pipes.
