Love players like that in FM. You need at least one ‘Swiss Army knife’ in every squad.

A few years ago there was a football manager game on mobile phones. Something in the code was messed up, because my 9-0-1 tactic was basically unbeatable. I even got some wins with the striker and goalie swapped

As an Eintracht Frankfurt Fan I would've loved that Video soooo much, but since I hate kolo muani now, I'm left with a bittersweet feeling I still love that you used my favorite team Especially seeing Eintracht beat Bayern over and over makes me very happy

@roaarylion5214 he quit on the team. He signed a 5 year contract without a release clause. He went on strike after 1 year before the most important game of our early season when the club he went on strike (PSG) for hadn't even made one serious offer. He did an interview demanding he was authorised to do where he said he wants to leave. He deleted every post about the club. We'll take the money, but he won't ever be a respected player in frankfurt.

I've found it my most reliable tactic this year. HB and Secundo Volante is an excellent combination with the right players.

Back on FM08, if the AI is really pushing for a goal at the end of a match, they'll often play a 4-2-4 with literally 4 strikers in a flat line and it was borderline undefendable. I could never get it to work against the AI, but the AI absolutely mastered it against me. So frustrating!

Great content but i only ever download tactics to try and i must say never do what you do changing tactical adjustments in any game if im losing . Is this where i am going wrong ? . Have you got a tactic for Celtic ?

It's so odd how you struggled with the 5-2-3. Personally, I put one of the DMs from it in central midfield as a DLP, keep the other DM as an anchor and that 5-1-1-3 has gotten me everything from undefeated league titles to 100-1 odds cup wins, 30 consecutive clean sheets and steamrolling from VNN to Prem with nothing but titles. I still play on FM20, though.

Could you do a little video about how to set the right opponent instructions? That's a thing that I just don't really understand what I have to look for etc.

Looks like the defender put his foot out intending to block the ball and instead he only got a slight touch on it. If the AI considered that a deliberate attempt to play the ball, it’s not offside.

It’s every tactic that the game offers, which is only one true 3 at the back tactic A lot of the ‘5 at the back’ tactics I consider 3 at the back, but they aren’t called that in the game
