On a lovely summer afternoon, I hooked up my phone to my laptop that has a DVD burner and the computer gave error messages and the phone kept restarting and when it was finally over, the laptop registered the device and I performed data transfer. But then I noticed a blank area between the apps and when I clicked it it shuts down unexpectedly
