The problem is that its not on mobile and pc. Liberty city is on mobile so it makes it known but vice city stories is not on the app store

@ziankurtcubilla4990 As phones nowadays are slowly starting to be as powerful as computers, it could be a possibility, some people who got the renegade project on their snapdragon phones managed to run gta v on it on the lowest settings, so it surely should be possible for it to be possible, the only question is when will rockstar do so, ofcourse if they even got the plans for it in the first place, but if some phones can now natively run windows with the renegade project, then i think that the future for phone gaming is big.

Not really for today, because it enough old engine and graphics. It is good for its time. But nowadays we already have RTX and powerful PCs, so it won't be accepted nowadays seriously, and people may think that rockstar didn't try to work with graphics a lot, and it looks like it was made in 2008 what is the truth.

I played GTA 4 on Xbox 360 at 720p and as it is known for being a bit heavy game for PS3 and Xbox 360, the most horrible fps drop I had was 12 fps when I crashed on an acrobatic jump

This year,before it broke i used to play it on ps3...i had mod menu too like man all my progress..i started playing gta 4 4-5 years ago and now pc but my pc broke too.

the potato version isn't necessary, I play with high textures medium reflections and shadows along with water and night shadows on my i7-4790s with Intel integrated 4600 HD graphics, set everything to 40 view and detail distance and cars etc)
