​@@mlb-yt if the hotbox was all that matters, you should be able to play with an invisible car. Obviously the car body itself helps as a reference point, and some people find either car a better reference point for the hotbox in certain situations (accuracy, 50s, power shots, flicks)

I don't pay attention, but he probably goes for BDS because if he goes back left/right he has Monkeymoon and Seiko to hit it back into with full boost. He probably thinks he has a better kick off and squishy is probably better at aerials.

I think it was in Alphakep who uploaded a comparison on his channel between 2018 Squishy vs 2023 Zen to showcase what does the peak of RL gameplay looked like and what it has evolved into. Now this video right here of you in that insane lobby, getting that wild score while absolutely keeping up with Zen & Yan whenever possible (cause sometimes it's just not) says tons about how committed and talented you are, dude. Anyone who watches RL content admires Zen. I am Brazilian and I'm proud to see Yan being so high up. But Squishy Muffinz was and still is an all time favorite, it's fantastic to watch how he keeps up with the skill ceiling after such a long time. Congratulations, Squishy, on being such a legend.

Zen makes a chase down pre jump save “Rise should have flipped into that” one minute later squishy goes for a double tap instead of flipping into an open net “what a save by zen”

Zen did not have to pre jump that save at all. What are you looking at? For a player as good as rise that’s a bad shot. But I agree that double tap attempt by squishy was a mis play

That wasn’t an open net at all bruh what are u on about. Zen is literally there near the left goal post. For squishy to score that by shooting, he would need to get a perfect top right corner shot which is less likely to be a goal than a double tap

Sometimes the replay file doesn't stores boost states. Or maybe the game is 8 years old but still has concerning bugs (like flip reset, yes it's a bug).

I think thats a replay bug and that it just falsely shows how yan got the boost even tho he actually missed it plus showing for squishy that its not there anymore. not too sure if he was in range for that... maybe its just client side things

@@LordKosmuxactually flip resets arent a bug - you are right as in when they were found in 2015/16 it actually was a bug and really inconsistent to get but psyonix worked on that and implemented them as an actual mechanic, they even mentioned that in the patch notes when they did introduce them as a legitimate mechanic

I've heard the sometimes the boosts are bugged in replays and show up when they aren't actually there. My guess is that it wasn't actually there and yan didn't get it and squishy got it when it spawned?
