Martial you should try something in UFC 4. I call it the shadow challenge. Try to mimic everything your opponent throws right after they throw it but better. Then when they try to bait you into something like a pull counter you switch it up. Tried this in div 17 and won twice lol.

Great video Martial. The Ameterasu misunderstanding is understandable 😅. I've also been used to eating steak well done due to it being prepared mostly this way in Greek households. After workouts I don't have much appetite. Some fruit, or a Cezar's salad with chicken, or some slices of bread with peanut butter, or a milkshake with banana, oats, PB and cinnamon. Sometimes pussy too.

I really feel like lead leg head kicks are under-implemented in this game, I’ve used lead leg front kick to stop a player with a constant jab so many times. And a lead leg high roundhouse too, guys with head movement always like to lean to your outside and away from your power leg, but directly into your lead leg. I fight southpaw in real life but start in orthodox and about halfway through switch to my more natural stance. Because as soon as they start trying to get a read on your high kicks from one side they have to start worrying about the other

I play college football, so I do a mass gainer and protein shake with banana and ice cream after practice/workouts. As far as actual food I try to eat more beef and chicken compared to pork. Martial, to cook the perfect medium rare steaks let it sit for half an hour, salt and pepper both sides of the raw steak, in the pan on high heat for 3 minutes a side then baste constantly with butter, garlic, rosemary and thyme on a low-medium heat for 2 minutes then let it sit with the leftover baste on top on a wooden board
