Thank you for your nice comments. It so nice to here about your draughts club and how many young players loved the game. Checkers/Draughts need more young players to grow. I played losing draughts before and it really it is a study in itself. My friend Alex plays that game with his wife and she is quite good at it. She wins but has a real hard time in beating him in the regular game. Your right it is fun. I think the Mind games is great and they are doing such a good job. Thanks again!

Many thanks for all these video uploads. They are excellent. I have played chess for years and in the last two years started playing draughts/checkers. A friend and myself from the same draughts club took on members of the public at a museum. Many young people hadn't played before and loved it. My friend suggested we played a few games of "losing draughts". Interesting and deserving of a theory study itself. One of our club won a "losing draughts" contest in London during a Mind games fest

We played losing draughts as kids in Ireland in the 60's. We called it "First off the board".

From red prospective he thought he could win once white formed an elbow and get one of its pieces back in the endgame.
