"Play something" - Uhm sure
Ever draw a blank when someone asks you to play something?
Well apparently Mike Moreno doesn't have that problem.
He's actually playing his own tune called "Forward and Back".

@@coolcommenter2727 It's just all tension, you could swap around any of these phrases and i think itd feel exactly the same. its doing a lot, but kind of nothing, really. I do enjoy a lot of avant garde music, i just saw Okkyung Lee and John Butcher live which was way out there - but even in its most insane dissonant moments there was some kind of energy and emotion being displayed. this is just super flat and inconsequential. but in that way i have to say its kind of remarkable. its quite unique at least, hence the alien comment

I think the best part about learning an instrument is that music is 10x more complicated to notate than it is to play. You can play some wacky shit and make it sound cool if you feel it through enough and if you were to notate it you would instantly shit yourself

Jazz is the newest kind of music there is because they are literally making it up as they play.
The best musicians describe Nature. Nature is not always pretty or nice. Nature doesn't play to your rules. It does what it wants, and you're just a small part of it. Mike described Nature in what he played here, and it's astonishingly beautiful.
