Thanks, good video. I'm already setup with Twilight and honestly it's working well for me as I really have no room for more desktop icons. I also Open AGB for my GBA games but could not get the Open AGB launcher to work from the 3DS menu so have to launch that from start/boot screen.

you could use ultimate vc injector, this generates cia files from gb, gbc, gba, snes etc, and you can then install them directly to your 3ds menu. This i think, is the best method, because the 3ds can natively run gba games

It's weird, I've mentioned your video on other KZreadr's videos who are still mentioning twilight menu. I figured it will help the 3ds homebrew community if more ppl new and they completely ignore my comment. I shout you out and tell them that this way is better and easier and that it's a good quality of life improvement. It's so weird, they have to keep their KZread videos relevant at all cost, even if it's something new and good involved. I guess they feel like I'm taking away from their channel but this helps everyone.

i appreciate you sharing it! i know sharing links usually gets comments blocked in comment sections, but i think people prefer twilight because you can use cheats and get the widescreen patch. But they don't even usually tell viewers there's an easier option if they just want to play the game

what is the website you've used to download the nds game files?

can you use wireless communications on these ds games? for example can I get the keys for hard mode from an original copy of pokemon black 2? or trade pokemon? (this is a hypothetical question, I know theirs other methods to do this) also wanted to say thank you so much for your guides! Big note: the part there you actually use the application you need WiFi otherwise nothing will show up, once you're connected you can follow the video

Keep in mind this doesn't work well for local multiplayer. It disconnects to frequently. Twilight menu, R4, or just the real cartridge games will work. I have four 3ds and we had to resort to Twilight menu for more power and stability on local multiplayer

Do you know how Chrono Trigger will go? There aren't many DS games I want to play so far. But Chrono Trigger is definitely one of them! *edit* Didnt work that well. Had some loading issues. Anyhow, I will find a solution. Do you have experience with that particular game? :)

Mine continues to say failure when I go to load the games, have you ran into that issue

First of all, great video! I had actually already done this before for a NSMB ds rom, which worked, but I wanted to give it another shot for Super Mario Endless Earth. For some reason, I can run through all the steps properly but it won't actually forward the image for it! Any help?

I was looking for a tutorial like this but, was discouraged when I couldn't find it and ended up settling with the TWiLight loader. I'm glad I found this tho. Now I have both this and the TWiLight loader which I wouldn't change. Twilight loader for goofy cheats and such and this method for serious NDS playing. that is unless I can share the save file between the 2 (which I would love but I doubt it.) either way, this tutorial was awesome and I'm so glad that it was quick, simple, and straight forward. definitely a 10/10 would recommend 😁👍

Hey thanks for the video. Do I need to do something special to allow it to save games? I tried chrono trigger and it gets stuck on the save screen. I saw online I might need 3ds bootstrap?

Is there and drawback? like crashes, bugs, performance or battery drain? (like if this runs as an emulation and the 3ds needs to run harder than it would normaly do running normal 3ds games)
