You can make a zero-tick version for the base topping if you use two conveyor mixers into a combiner with a grabber for the cheese and a smart grabber for the tomato. Just discard the first cheese, and the system is set from that point. Essentially the tomato sauce will arrive first and block the cheese, but the cheese will be ready to put in after the sauce gets used instantly within the same game tick.

Very well thought out, and concisely explained! One further step to your already great idea. Automatically cut and assemble uncooked pizza where that hob is(replace it with a counter), and then have one grabber bring it forward and placed onto a regular counter, and then 3 smart grabbers(grab uncooked pizza) connected to the regular counter is grabbing it from the left, right and front.That way it can send a line of pizzas to be cooked by 3 burners down the assembly lines of the left, right, and front smart grabblers. Is that valid? Would that make the situation better? Or, is that enough pizza slices with your current setup?

You can for sure add on to what I’ve shown here. But it can get a bit too much having many pizzas cooking at once. The main thing for me with automation. Is it keeping up with how fast I am serving customers. If yes, I leave it alone. If no, I try to add on to what I have to make it faster. Which is where your idea would come in. Good thinking!

Can’t wait to see the onion and mushroom. Would you use three separate safety hobs and two additional combiners?

I don't know what I did wrong but I had the same exact contraction with the Flour > Grabber > Conveyor Mixer and I threw the game because it started making them into Pies, it was a smart grabber pulling from the flour if that makes any difference...

Have to make sure the combiner with the oil is facing the mixer. That’s the only thing I can think of.

I'm always surprised people on KZread who know way more than me about the game don't seem to know that you can launch Practive Mode much faster from the pause menu than by walking outside your restaurant. Also you can stand where you would in a normal day.

That wasn’t always a thing being able to get to practise mode from the menu. So if you are watching older videos where it hasn’t been implemented you’ll see people walking outside to practise.

From what i recall, you can put the oil on a combiner and it will stay there permanently until moved. It will save one grabber.

then you have to always have access to that combiner. all depends on your layout and the amount of other automation you do. it can end up being more efficient to have the oil automatically grabbed onto the combiner, that way you can tuck it along a wall or close it off, making your setup more compact.

It will only stay that day. Each day you have to place it manually. So in my design it’s 100% hands free.

Rng can really make things difficult. But also if every run was the same it would get boring. So I’m glad there is some randomness to the game.

when your doing these tutorials are you in some kind of sandbox mode? i have no many automatic systems id love to try but the games RNG refuses to help me haha

Yes I am using a different version to make the guides as it is easier. But, everything that you see me do is very doable in the regular game. I’ve automated most of these systems over the last few months during the play test. It’s just easier for me to do my guides this way. Rng can really be an issue sometimes. A lot of people on the plate up discord talk about game seeds that give good drops. Typically when I play a run, I just pick a map for the layout and not for the drops.

My guides and tutorials are all made in a different version of the game. However. Everything that I show can be obtained. I’ve used pretty much every automation in the game. The key is multiple blue print cabinets and the copy desks and blue print desks. If you rely on the basic drops each day you will never be able to save up enough.

Because auto platers require plates, and this is to show off automating the cooking. I pretty much never use autoplaters. I find them not useful for my style of game play.
