thanks a lot uploading this site ,please upload more DNA isolation from lactobecillus strain
I did one of these yesterday, followed every step perfectly and got terrible results. The UV spectrograph showed very little DNA, like 50 micrograms, and there was a huge absorption band below 200 nm. When resuspending the non visible DNA pellet, there was a lot of bubbles, but there wasn't that much protein according to the UV, any thoughts?
