Standard spark plug not recommend it. The middle electrode decrease, typical. Platinum or iridium electrode, suitable for continuous operation.

This is awesome. Love your setup. I'm gathering parts to experiment with the ignition of water-only. My concept is to see how much force I can get by passing an arc through water mist. If I get enough (and I believe I will). The next step will be to build a combustion chamber and connect it to a small automotive turbine. Please keep posting.

Once the spark plug is installed in a engine cylinder, the thick metal walls of the cylinder will act as as effective RF shield so shouldn't pose a problem. Now running it in open air as in the video, I agree.

If you use a good expensive brand, it may last for a couple of 5-minute KZread clips...

What if i use 2kv*3 capacitor for my bike spark plug?

Another interesting thing about plasma is that it creates distortions in the inter-dimensional time continuum which are directly proportional to the plasma intensity so be careful with how you use it.

Hi. I'm sorry late reply. I am using only diodes, voltage doubling Villard secondary circuit and Fet switching. BOSCH ignition coil, good experience, type:0221-119-027. Experimental experience in 2-stroke engines. Ignition timing, reduced value (rapid the combustion)! Regards nyemi.

Szia. Sajnos nincs annyi , nekem se. De nagyon könnyű a helyzet. Mert nem mint nagy feszültségű diódára kell rá keresni, hanem mikrohullámú sütő alkatrészre. Nem akarok itt senkinek reklámot csinálni ezért céget nem írok. Biztos vagyok benne így is fogsz találni. Hú-ha:)(most nézem) jó elszaladtak az árak, én még régebben 500/db pénzért vettem az enyéimet . Hát nem irigyellek:). Sok szerencsét a keresgéléshez. Üdv nyemi

ignitionyemi Üdvözlöm! sikerült beszereznem a diodákat de valamiért nem müködik? lehet hogy a bekötéssel van baj nem tudom? Egyik vége testre van kötve a másik vége pedig a gyertya pozitiv kimenetelére. Dioda típusa :HVM-12 550mA 12KV mi lehet a gond ebben kérném a segítségét.A dioda egyik végén forsem van(ezen a felén egy szürke szín jelölés van a fekete alap szinen) a másik felén 6,3 tűzősaru van. 2db-ot sorba kötve probáltam. Várom segítségét. Előre is köszönöm! Üdvözlettel.

Peter Romo Hi I use Hall sensor, a microcontroller for ignition timing and multi-spark. Energy high-voltage diode is coupled out, spark plasma creation. Look, I rest my video.:) Magyar: Szia Én használok Hall szenzort a mikrokontroller vezérlésére, amiben van előgyújtás állítás és multi szikra képzés. A plazma szikrát nagyfeszültségű diódával állítom elő a kondenzátorban maradt energiából. Nézd meg többi videómat.:)

I am using: EI28 ferrite core,air gap:0,1mm ( No, EE! The air gap, will be the coil over! ) Primary number of turns (12-14Voltage input power): 2*12-18 turns, wire: 0,6-0,7mm Cuz Secondary number of turns (160-190Voltage+Villard cascade 360-390Voltage output power): 150-180 turns, wire :0,2-0,27mm Cuz The transformer bobbin: a secondary bottom!The primary addition is positioned!

The spark plug is the weakest link. Use a non-resistive, Iridium electrode, spark plug.
